Dr. Bowater and her staff were wonderful, accommodating us by performing the procedure in the back of my wagon. This was much better for Zara because she was such a nervous dog and was afraid to go into the office. They were compassionate, and it made her last moments much more peaceful.”

“Dr Tapp and her entire staff have made such wonderful improvements in the lives of 2 of my dogs who suffered with allergies, while I tried OTC remedies, to no avail. Dr Tapp sifted patiently through all my info & input, tested my dogs and was able to formulate serums to help both dogs. “Never have i experienced such a sweet and caring staff before. We have been to ocean state on a few occasions, and always have we been treated gracefully and with such compassion. Our most recent stint was with our young kitten who ended up with a freak kidney infection. Every person we experienced was so kind and professional. My 2 year old daughter waited with myself for about 4 hours. Staff stepped in with coloring books, crayons and kindness. I don’t have enough good words. Care overnight for our kitty was exceptional, and you can tell the staff truly cares for your pet. Convenience for an emergency vet is pricey but Ocean state is very much worth it and we are just glad to have a healthy, healing, energetic kitty back home. Thank you Ocean State Vet team!”
