Avoid at all costs. Total scam. The only thing that should be living here is the mold they refuse to clean and the felons they refuse to kick out. If you're a decent hard working person this is not the place for you.

I just heard about Kyle (the owner) not giving another person their security deposit back for no reason just like he did to me. He said there was chipped paint on a wall and a window sill, but landlords can't withhold security for normal wear and tear. He's a weasel. Dont trust him.

This was a very peaceful place to live. However, shady new ownership. Lots of partying collage kids. Beware.
