We have used Auto Body Concept for a few accidents we have had in the last 20 years. I just got my car back from a recent accident. My accident was at 8:30 am and by 1 pm I brought my car and had a rental since my car was not drivable. Rory took care of everything. I had the insurance names and all I had to do was sign a few papers. He did all the work. I’ve sent my daughter and friends there and they had great experiences too. The work is A plus and the service is unlike any I have had ever. My car inside and out was spotless and like new. Great local company!

i had the most amazing experience with them these past few weeks. i was in an accident that totaled my car and it was an agonizing experience trying to get ahold of insurance agents and figuring out next steps, but rory and sal were such angels throughout the entire process. always answering my many phone calls, helping me out with a rental, storing my car, updating me on everything, and working with me financially. they turned a horrible and stressful month into something way more tolerable. i totally recommend them.

I would highly recommend Auto Body Concepts for their collision services. Rory at Auto Body Concepts handled everything with great care and efficiency and took the stress out of a very stressful situation. This was the second time I used their services. Thank you to Rory and the rest of the staff. My car looks like new!!

Brought my trax there after an accident. Greg and team took care of working with the insurance and I have a crazy schedule so he worked around that also. They had a rental right there which really made it easy for me. My car looks amazing they did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

8/11/23I was on a dark country road when a deer came out of the woods causing damage to the front of my truck. I didn't know what body shop to use for my repairs because I am from Florida and in the state of Rhode Island visiting my family. I talked to a friend of mine about the accident and he suggested I go to Auto Body Concepts in Chepachet RI. What a great suggestion. They contacted my insurance, showed all the damage to the adjuster and settled the claim for me, along with a rental car which I used as long as they had my truck in their body shop for repairs. They did a super professional job on my truck, and when I came to pick it up after the work was done, it looked like I just drove it out of the showroom. From the time I brought it to Auto Body Concepts I was treated like a special customer. Both Ashley and Amanda explained all the details to me about the repairs and the rental car. Greg, who is the owner was great to do business with. From 1 to 10 I will give Auto Body Concepts a 15. In my book they come highly recommended and if I ever need body work done on a vehicle while in the state of Rhode Island I will not hesitate to do business with them again.I am a 100% satisfied customer.Mel Klien

We wanted to give this place a shot- to support a local business- minor damage, cash job, and potentially some restoration work on other cars we have. Made an appointment and had vehicle looked at nearly a week ago- after hearing nothing, called today- put on hold for a long time- when finally picked up, wondered if we were bothering this person based on attitude, was told "we'd have an estimate by the end of the day"- nope- I understand places are busy, but get it together.
