“Rob and Keith are both great (I couldn't think of a word to describe better then great but they go well beyond) at what they do. They're work cones out amazing his prices are reasonable especially compared to other body shops or dealer body shops. I've never had a problem with any work they do and I've brought 5 or 6 different cars to them for body/ paint work. They also deal with ur insurance company in full so u don't have to and trust me it can be a real P.I.T.A. sometimes. They are the only place I'll bring my cars for any kind of body paint work nowadays. And on a side note you get that personalized service u only find from smaller businesses nowadays. “8/11/23I was on a dark country road when a deer came out of the woods causing damage to the front of my truck. I didn't know what body shop to use for my repairs because I am from Florida and in the state of Rhode Island visiting my family. I talked to a friend of mine about the accident and he suggested I go to Auto Body Concepts in Chepachet RI. What a great suggestion. They contacted my insurance, showed all the damage to the adjuster and settled the claim for me, along with a rental car which I used as long as they had my truck in their body shop for repairs. They did a super professional job on my truck, and when I came to pick it up after the work was done, it looked like I just drove it out of the showroom. From the time I brought it to Auto Body Concepts I was treated like a special customer. Both Ashley and Amanda explained all the details to me about the repairs and the rental car. Greg, who is the owner was great to do business with. From 1 to 10 I will give Auto Body Concepts a 15.
