The people here are very nice but they don't follow their own guidelines in the pharmacy as far as picking up prescriptions. They tell you one thing and do another without a care in the world. It's a very poor way to do business. You can't count on this CVS

The pharmacy workers are feral, and locals aren't much better. Had to switch to another CVS and drive 10 minutes away because it just got out of hand in here. Always the pharmacy workers, never the poor cashiers, though.

I have been doing business with this store for years,but,I have to say that I ABSOLUTELY HATE ? trying to get in touch with the pharmacy!!!! Something has to be done.....it is crazy.

Beverages and water are perpetually out of stock. Everything is at least 50% more expensive than other stores. They will not price match their own website. It's too bad because the staff is usually very nice.

They have a great selection of products in store here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They provide lots of services like vaccines, drive-thru, online ordering, etc. I've had a few problems with prescriptions in the past taking a very long time if you don't call and check regularly or not getting filled at all.

My insurer called this pharmacy to fix a problem and YOUR EMPLOYER said "I do not want to deal with this" and hung up on my insurer. Moving to wallgreens, do NOT go here. So disrespectful.

Line to pick up prescription at pharmacy was 6 people long!There were 4 zassociates behind the counter but only one was serving customers. Why?

I tried to speak with a person at the pharmacy. I called, never was able to speak with a person, and after a half-hour no one ever answered the phone. It amazes me that it us so difficult to speak with and actual person. Unfortunately my health plan requires us to fill prescriptions at CVS but if its ever changes and I can go to a different pharmacy I will. I previously used Stop and Shop pharmacy and it was so easy to speak with the pharmacist. Extremely poor customer service at CVS.

Ugh-I just feel like nobody wants to help you these days. I had $5 in extra bucks but had somehow lost them- go figure. So I went into the store to print them out and of course it wouldn't let me - it said you already printed your weekly coupons. So I asked one of the employees what he could do and instead of the employee trying to help me he just told me to call the 1800 #. Just passing the buck- as usual. Not only was I the only person in the entire store but you'd think they would want to help their 1 and only customer. Sorry but I'm not going through all that for $5. Thanks for nothing. However this CVS has great makeup, nails, and eyelashes as well as a good toy section. It's always clean AND quiet in here. However staff could be a bit more helpful!

I’ve never met such a sweet, joyful pharmacist like Sammy! She was so cheerful. All smiles. She sets the standard for the type of attitude everyone should have! Not to mention, without her help, I wouldn’t have been able to afford my script. So seriously, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU SAMMY!
