Not even this branch, this whole bank is absolutely terrible and useless. I have never had my card shut off more times than with these people. They label everything as fraud and when they ask if it is and when you say no it wasn’t, they still don't allow the transactions to go through. I stay on the phone with their fraud line more than i do with my own mother. This bank doesn't give you access to your own money. Switching banks tomorrow and i hope no one continues to do business with this useless credit union.

Vjolla helped me out today with my restricted card. She immediately identified the issues and lead me through the steps to get a new card. She worked fast and was very easy to work with and had a great personality. Way to go Vjolla!

was a customer of citizens for many years, wanted something smaller and more personable. definitely got what I was looking for. Friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. I was with citizens since they opened in chepachet. dealt with 3 people when I closed all my accounts. Not 1 person asked me why !!! I LOVE Navigant. They are the best.

This branch is the closest to my house. Therefore, usually my first option. However, upon going there to "quickly" deposit some money the other day I was actually shocked with the level of incompetence being shown by a majority of the employees. My errand to the bank literally turned into a 20-25 minute ordeal. First, the original teller miscounted the deposit I was making. Not once, but TWICE. Each time he counted, I was given a different answer. FINALLY, after an uncanny amount of tinkering (and jamming) with the money counting machine, I was given the actual amount of money I had come to deposit. Mind you it was an additional $300 over what the man behind the counter was telling me. Im sorry but that is outrageous. To top it all off, when I asked him about it he said, "I guess I don't really know what happened there." Save your time guys, head on over to the Slatersville or Lincoln branch. Hopefully they can process your money correctly.

Recently opened a joint account at this branch. The person who helped us do it was very polite and considerate. Double checked to make sure that everything was okay seeing as I didn't have RI identification. Have no qualms going back to this branch. Also a very nice building with the history of Chepachet covering the inside, be that the map wallpaper or historical facts on the tv screen

I gotta give a shout out to navigant. Best bank I ever had. I appreciate their customer service and my phone call today made me even more of our fan. Plus, my dog loves going to the drive through. She waits for the container to come back with a treat for her. Five stars from me.
