Quality of workmanship poor, communication to customers, very poor and inconsistent expectation to delivery and time of repair. Our truck went into Rocco's Transmission late April for a rebuild of the transmission. we had our truck back for 1.5 weeks then had to return back to ***** for the same transmission issues/ repair that was completed. We are well into July and still truck less. When we call ***** to check up on the status, we are told it will be ready the following day, this has happened over several weeks and different times. The story to the repair keeps changing, how can we believe we are not being taken for. We just called to let Rocco we were on our way to pick up the truck, he responded with a text that he still needs a few hours.....so disappointed and frustrated with the excuse after excuse and the of lack of integrity this man has for his business.
After months and months we finally have the truck back in our possession. Hopefully we have no more issues of so we will be going else where and file
A formal complaint with the AG.

Highly recommend, I'm a contractor and my van's transmission failed. I called Rocco's and they gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to that quote. They got my van in right away and finished the job quickly and on budget. Highly recommend if you're in need of repairs. Good guys over at Rocco's!

Took my sensitive 2004 mercedes to tony at roccos transmission. Obstacles. Appear. Tony and his associates. Overcome them. With care , knowledge, extra time and effort. Initial quote same as final price tony went well above the call of duty. If you have any transmission problems I would highly recommend tony and roccos transmission

My boyfriend brought his truck to Rocco’s for a complete transmission rebuild. Tony was very fair in price and had the work done in a reasonable amount of time. He was in constant contact with us letting us know when we were just waiting on parts. So far everything is working smoothly!A few days after he got the truck back he broke down at a gas station 10 minutes up the road from Rocco’s. Not knowing if the issue was transmission related or something new we called up Tony who dropped everything to come down and take a look. Turns out it was something completely unrelated and he offered to get the parts and do the work that day if we got the truck towed there. We did just that and had the truck back within a few hours. Absolutely wonderful costumer service! Tony goes above and beyond for his customers. Would absolutely recommend based off mechanical work done as well as customer service.Services: Transmission

bad work not on time broke electrical wires and had to rebuild a second ti.e because of it now I've had the truck for less than 2 weeks and the trans isn't working againno he doesn't want to fix it just all around bad business

I own a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel. I’m very please with the work Tony and his guys did on my truck. I destroyed my driveshaft which lead to breaking my transfer case off the tail of the transmission. Tony gave me a fair price and was great communicating the progress on my truck. He pointed out the poor condition of my trans cooler lines. He recommended replacing but did not pressure me to replace them. He welcomed me to stop by anytime to view the progress. I will recommend Rocco’s Transmission.
