Let me tell you my Rv Guy Michael and Ron are amazing, they really have went above and beyond to make thinks right for me and my family ,I call them and they are always available for me and when I had problems with the rv he/they fixed it and when I did a claim on my rv he /Michael was here when every adjuster took pictures ,talk on my behalf and tried to make it as easy as possible ,Michael always explains everything before and after the fact ,very precise, I really like that about him and when I would call just to get some info he would make sure I knew what to do to fix the problem if ever you need anyone to work on your rv it's them "TEN TOES DOWN"? !! Michael is a friend for life he is and will always be"MY RV GUY. THANKS STAY SAFE!!

Once again, a few months ago, I reached out to my lifesaver Michael. I needed to winterize my Rv. He was very patient and thorough. He educated me along the whole process. He even did an inspection of the roof and sealed a small area that could become an issue. He went above and beyond what I expected. Michael is a great asset to the My Rv Guy franchise. I will always contact him for all of my Rv maintenance questions/issues.

I've called them a couple of times for different issues with my mobile pet grooming vehicles and they're always super helpful and get the job done as soon as possible. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their tech Michael specifically has helped me multiple times and always does a great job of keeping me updated on timing, what's being done, etc.I call them first whenever I have a problem!

Awful ? Rep @ call center RI/MA was nice, referred to one technician, called immediately asked to call back to center to find another tech, he didn’t feel like he could do the job, Fridge went out & was traveling back to Florida, was thankful for the honesty. Center Sent us another technician,Peter, called immediately, said he be out that afternoon, called him back @ 3:30, still coming will be out shortly! NEVER SHOWED!! NEVER CALLED! Called @ 6:30 no answer... no call next day either! Already refused 2 tech’s from another company’s that called back in afternoon, as I already confirmed to Peter @ My RV Guy & would pay his crazy price of 250.00 service call to look at fridge! we needed it done BUT thanks to his NO show it wasn’t! Back to Florida with coolers & thrown out spoiled food. A call, text something would of been the correct business policy

First, let me say if you’re unsure if you should invest $350 for an RV inspection…don’t be! It saved us $55,000! Would I recommend this service? ABSOLUTELY! I called Ron, and he gave my name to Michael who was, to say the least, outstanding! He was polite, professional and thorough! He was like a velvet brick! He did not let the servicemen at this huge RV dealer bully us. After a hefty deposit to have the dealer ship the coach from MI to Mass, it was ready for us to view. It was beautiful, with a lot of new upgrades, that were different from the photos we saw online. Michael thought it was looking good too, until we went up on the roof. He saw water damage and followed it down into the rig. He removed some cushions and found black mold. I’m an asthmatic and this is extremely dangerous for me. He pointed it out to the dealership and they blamed the sister dealership for shipping it that way. The water damage in the back of the rig was quite significant! I’m so glad we invested the money! Michael was outstanding! Thank you RV guy! We are already recommending you!
