Rachel's Table is a very friendly, family-oriented business. Customers describe it as outstanding, excellent, and the absolute best. Everything from them is perfect. The stuffed scallops are delicious. The snail salad and baby octopus salad are big fan favorites, described as the tastiest salads ever. The stuffed cherry and banana peppers are the best in the state, incredibly delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced. All products are made the old way with quality ingredients and spices. The facility is very clean with friendly staff. Many customers will be returning.

We’ve been big fans of their snail salad and baby octopus salad for years. The tastiest salads ever! Very clean facility, friendly staff.

I bought a jar of these peppers because I liked the size. I proceeded to eat half a jar with the heel of a loaf of fresh French bread. They were incredibly delicious. Most likely the best I've had in a long time
Is it necessary to refrigerate because honestly I like them at room temperature
