The receptionist was extremely rude. She literally screamed at me for crossing the court during a match in between points even though I got permission from both players to cross.

Took my godson today to pick up his racket and encountered one of the most rudest people I’ve ever met. This older lady didn’t even ask for a name. And when we asked about classes she had no knowledge of it and asset to contact the manager.

My son has been attending the junior clinics at Rally Point for two years and has had a great experience. The coaching and match play opportunities are excellent.

Great place to play tennis. Atmosphere is awesome, I’ve made some great friends at the club, hanging out and a getting a drink after a match in the upstairs lounge.

I've been a member at Rally Point since 1988 and I still play at this fabulous tennis club. The Steere Family are the best. I wouldn't recommend any other tennis club in RI and I have played at all of them. Best lighting, court surfaces in RI.

There are so many great things about Rally Point. The first and most obvious one is the people...the coaches, instructors, and staff really are a great team, and they make Rally Point what it is. They have many great programs, they know their members by name, and they take their time to help get you sorted out and playing the tennis you want to play. They're always very accommodating with scheduling and listening to your needs and matching you up with what makes sense for you.The one thing I think a lot of folks might be a little put off by might be that at Rally Point it's not super high-tech - the website is a little clunky, it's hard to really see what programs there are and when they are, and maybe it's a little behind-the-times technologically for what my fellow Millennials or younger generations might like to use. Not a huge deal, it just means that we have to make peace with the fact that we'll have to pick up a phone or stop in and have a conversation, which is something most of us haven't done before, but I've been experimenting with this type of communication and it has actually worked great haha. But really, this is all just to say that if you want to know what the programs are, when they are, etc. instead of going online, the easiest way is going to be just to call, let them know what you're looking for, and they'll get you sorted out. That's the only thing I think might take folks aback a little bit. Other than that, the courts are in great shape, nets are great, the lighting is great. The staff is so engaged and it really feels like they're rooting for you. The members are 99% positive happy people with a great attitude, and there's always somebody fun to play with, and there are so many different levels. The club also does a great job restringing racquets quickly, the locker rooms are always *spotless*, the lounge area is comfortable and has a great view of all the courts, and the exercise room, while small, is adequate enough for most of your needs.Long story short, if you're interested in playing some tennis, I would say definitely check out Rally Point!
