“This post is in response to Rahina Dean's post. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Harbro Auto. It's a great place to purchase a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced. I know the lobby is not that big and the sitting area in the lobby is mostly used for customers waiting for their vehicle to get done in the service department. If you went into Harbro and just sat down in the chairs in the lobby, you may have been mistaken for a service customer waiting for their car. Typically when customers come in for the sales department they go to the front desk and check in, so that the sales department knows there is a customer waiting to be helped. I would recomend you give Harbro a second chance, but this time check in with the front desk. This will insure your not mistaken as a service customer.”

“Brought my truck in for some brakes found out I needed a lot more than that. I was a bit scared to get it all done but I haven’t had much done on my truck in many years so I went ahead and got it done. When I got my truck back it felt like a whole different vehicle, and drove like it did when I first got it. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They would always call if anything else was needed and never gave me any surprise charges. I wouldn’t want to bring my truck anywhere else. They will even contact you a few weeks after your repairs to make sure everything is still working smoothly.”

I have a sprinter van than I’m converting into a live- in camper and went to VanWorx for help with the electrical, plumbing, heater, AC/ window installation, roof rack, and solar panels. “First time customer. After getting a ridiculously high quote from an eager service-writer for some work at a Honda dealership, I decided to take my beloved Element to Forefront Auto. I had heard good things about Kevin and his shop, and decided to give him a try. Very glad I did, he repaired a bad ball joint, did front brake calipers/rotors/pads, and did an alignment and oil change at a very reasonable price, and all in the same day! “I can't give Jeff's Auto Service off of Quaker Hwy in Uxbridge enough praise.I have a Chevy 2500HD I use to transport cars. 2 weeks ago I stopped somewhere to eat and couldn't get it started. After a couple diagnostics from myself and a mechanic who saw me trying to get it started from across the street, we concluded the fuel pump went out.I ordered the $150 part and had the truck towed to my house so I could avoid a major repair bill from a shop. After unsuccessfully trying to replace the part myself, I started calling around shops near me. I got quotes from $550-$700, except for Jeff who quoted me a modest $300. I had the truck dropped off the next day, and two days later I get a call from Jeff saying the truck's ready and the bill is only $30. Turns out it was only the fuel pump fuse that had gone out.A dishonest mechanic could have easily swapped this fuse and charged me the full $300 (or double) for a fuel pump replacement. Instead, now I get to return the unopened pump and have $120 back in my pocket. Who knew you could leave a mechanic with more money than you started with?An honest mechanic is invaluable, and having one minutes away in town is that much better. Although I hope I don't need to be back soon, I will definitely be going back to Jeff”

“My car needed a tow and Devin was the lucky guy that showed up to help me. My car wouldn’t go into gear and he knew the gear cable was most likely the problem. He tried to pop it back in to place but unfortunately it had completely broke. He was able to tow my car to the mechanic safely. He has a great costumer service and a great personality that helped make me laugh and feel better after a crazy day.”
