“I went to THREE different CVS’s to get my daughter’s augmentin for her pneumonia. Had the 3rd CVS confirm over the phone they had the medicine. I got there, and the tech made a mistake. One positive thing they did was call over to Matt’s Pharmacy and ask if they had (they did). Walked in and it’s such a cute/clean/friendly place! Waited for maybe a few minutes. This will be our new phamarcy!FYI: Tricare users- they accept tricare!”

“It isn't often that pharmacies and convenience stores such as Walgreens and CVS get high reviews. I came to this Walgreens from Providence to get my COVID-19 vaccination. Both times, the workers at the pharmacy were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I witnessed multiple instances where they calmly dealt with customers' questions or frustrations regarding prescriptions. The actual shot did not hurt at all and didn't take long to prepare. I was in and out of there within around 25 minutes (15 minutes being after I got the vaccination). If you live nearby, I would highly recommend this Walgreens. The regular store as well as the pharmacy are small but top tier when it comes to customer service.”

I witnessed her bring him from tears to a smile, and with a gentle hug returned him not only back to humanity, but simultaneously elevated her position to Angelic. “I've been going to CVS since they opened one of its first stores in Providence RI many years ago. All retail stores have their challenges but overall I find the Middletown branch staff to be helpful and accommodating both in the front of the store and at the pharmacy. Granted the pharmacy hours have changed over the past few years but this group is hard working and I've gotten to know a few of them over time. One time a pharmacist called me to tell me that I was allergic to ingredients in one of the scripts ordered and that was corrected. I plan to stay with this CVS store.. I am thankful for their service to the community and hope they are well compensated for their hard work and dedication.”

“For a small groceries store it has quite the stock, from lox to fresh breads. I only wish their ice cream choices and freezers were better e.g. choices meaning good high quality vanilla. Vanilla never seems to be in stock.”
