I had an emergency situation with an oxygen concentrator issued to me upon being discharged from a hospital stay while on vacation out of state. The product was defective, battery failed, and only worked while plugged in. Based upon the hospital stickers on the device it appears that the product may have been in storage at the hospital.When It was determined that the best way to remedy the situation was to contact the neatest AdaptHealth the entire ordeal and process was remedied in lightening speed time. Kelly was very thorough in her presentation of the features of the machine, including how to clean and maintain it. She was professional, listened carefully to my questions and provided answers that made sense to me. She also helped me set realistic expectations for my ongoing therapy. I was impressed.

Brian did a great job setting up my new machine but when I signed the credit card paperwork he failed to tell me I was signing up for auto pay, which I never do.I guess I should have read it but I think it is only right to be told.

The young woman was kind, patient and knowledgeable about the equipment and relating its procedure to me. She took the time to make sure that the face mask fit properly and answered all my questions even if trivial. I left feeling confident and happy.

I'm app stupid or technology challenged, so Brian recognized my short comings and did his best. I would like a help line or help desk, when I tried using it today I had several questions with no easy instructions in the various manuals. I did find some very useful YouTube videos with Lefty.
