What an incredible experience I had this last weekend at this store! Vidal was amazing, patient, kind and informative. He really knows customer service through and through!! In a world where soft skills like that are so hard to come by, Vidal is a shining star and an exemplary store manager. Thank you, Vidal!

The store associate helped me as soon as I entered the store. He asked questions to assess my needs and showed me several phone options. He patiently answered my questions with knowledge and expertise. The service was fast and perfect. He was also very friendly and positive during the process. He explained available discounts without being asked. I would highly recommend their services at this location.

Vidal deactivated our SIM card then tried to charge us for a new one. When we asked to speak to a manager, he said it was him. Then we asked to speak to the owner and he said there is no owner. We called AT&T and they were able to fix it remotely with no charge…they actually gave us a credit for the inconvenience. This store, specifically Vidal, is the absolute worst. Vidal lied and tried to rob us for simply asking for help. He is a criminal. Do not shop here!!

We went to this store, because my wife's phone was not charging. The young man was VERY HELPFUL. He explained why the phone was not charging, and helped us to get new phones. Your's were all payed for. But they were very old. He got us into new phones within one hour and a half. We are very satisfied with our products. Would recommend him for a mangers position. Very knowledgeable about all things to know about phones.
