Called here when my mom was having trouble finding her medication that was part of the nationwide shortages and was greeted with such warmth and kindness, I immediately wanted to change all of her medications to Atwood Pharmacy.Not only did they have the medication in stock, they also called me ahead of time to let me know what the cost would be. (That’s huge, as we all know how busy pharmacies are these days.)Recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants quality customer service and professionalism!

Words can't even express how amazing this pharmacy was. I never write reviews but I was just so blown away with the how friendly and helpful these people were. Thank you so much for helping me get my medication when my regular corporate pharmacy couldn't and also didn't seem to care that they couldn't. It was truly a breath of fresh air to talk to someone when needed.

Excellent customer service all around. I needed to fill a prescription that my chain pharmacy did not have and was able to make transfer over to Atwood Pharmacy within a couple of hours, if that. Would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the Johnston area. Thanks again!

Walgreens and CVS are the worst. You'll feel better and get treated like family (who knows what drugs you take) if you go here instead. It's the pharmacy where they know your name. The only thing I don't like is there's no notification that your scripts are ready. But if you go there and it's not filled, they can usually fill it in a few minutes.

Pharmacists and staff are friendly, kind, attentive listeners, and exceedingly pleasant individuals! Most helpful pharmacy I’ve chosen for interfacing with doctors and explaining insurance denials and claims.The inside is neat, clean, orderly. Atwood Pharmacy is well-lit, and has a few chairs to accommodate a wait for their private consultation room (for immunizations and questions).
