The employees at this location are friendly, courteous and very helpful; the store is clean and online orders are filled quick and they're ready upon arrival. On my most recent visit, Matthew M. assisted and his customer service was exceptional! My transaction (with warranty and parts) was a bit confusing, but he handled it with patience and ease. Very satisfied with my overall experience at the Auto Zone on Hartford Ave. and would definitely recommend-thank you AZ Team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

not including drivers, about 2 people that know what they are doing in that place, the rest just eat paste still. if you dont get 1 of those 2 in commercial then your SOL your not getting the part you need if you get it at all, and wait on hold then get hung up on and no call back no answer and NO commercial discount of any kind i get beter deal at customer counter and other stores Az i got deals and bought less then half of what i do now....on top of buying BRAND NEW PARTS INSTALLING THEM AND THEY ARE BROK....WHAT THE F IS THAT?? DOUBLE LABOR THATS WHAT IT IS.....AHHH RANT OVER for now im sure this wont be the last and the 2 stars are for the 2 people that do EVERYTHING you know who u r

Both the gentlemen working were incredibly helpful with giving information for both my oil and windshield wiper size. Very quick to respond and also gave extra details to the necessities. Always had a good experience coming to this location!

The store was busier than anticipated for the time of day and was not well staffed enough for the customers. I enjoy shopping at AutoZone for many of my vehicles needs but it is hard to recommend this location over others because it is often busy between both commercial and retail aspects.

Item shows in stock. Had ZERO. But had empty display box on shelf. I'll take their advice and get it at another store. Every other store in the list they showed me had one in stock. Brand new item just went on sale. If you advertise it.....STOCK IT , especially when you send 3 emails for it. The worst store in the chain Johnston RI.
