Online service glitching. I called the office for help scheduling and spoke with receptionist (Kayla) who was not helpful. 2 kittens need dewormer and flea treatment as they're too young for any shots, didn't ask what was needed, just stated 2 separate appointments needed and none available. Looks like you lost 2 new customers. Petco it is!

I give Banfield Pet Hospital 5 stars and I would have given them more stars but 5 is the highest. They treat my Fur baby like if he was one of there's. They are kind and very helpful.

There nice staff! Especially Sarah or. Sara I don't know how to spell the name. But she is very kind with and sweet and understandable about you're dog . The staff is also understanding too with your dog. They help with resources and treatment options for your animal. Come to this place it's very kind 🙏😍 brussel sprout likes the hospital

Dr. Priebe saved the day for us by immediately (and repeatedly!) sending documentation to the airline when they were refusing to allow our dogs to fly. She immediately answered our calls and quickly got all requested materials to the officials so we could fly to Portugal where we were moving to. She was absolutely amazing throughout our ordeal and I couldn’t recommend her and Banfield (shout out to you too Kaitlyn!!) highly enough. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!!

Nice people but they never answer the phone. My dog was throwing up and I wanted to see if I could come in. They open at 8am and I called 8 times and no answer. I left a message so we will see if they get back to me. I travel a long way to go there and to have no one answer to at least tell me he cannot be seen is unacceptable.

Hidden fees, poor communication, can never get a hold of anyone. Can never get a hold of anyone at the front desk. We’re told one thing and then told another thing. Just very inconsistent. Corporatized veterinary medicine. We pay $45 a month for their program where we have basic vet visits and teeth cleaning covered. My dog passed away, and I was told I owed the rest of the year without any sympathy. They refused to cancel my plan without charging me over $300. They have deceptive practices that are totally unethical. They try to use the excuse of “you signed a contract” Instead of doing the right thing. I’m paying for a service that was never rendered. So ridiculous and heartbreaking at the same time.
