“I always have such an amazing experience at this location. Every time I need assistance Keagan is always there to help. In the past he’s assisted me with a diagnostic report to find out I needed a new CO sensor, helped me pick out windshield wiper fluid as well as guidance with windshield wipers & replaced them for me. And today when I came in looking for new headlight bulbs he walked me through the different types and we watched a video together on how to install them because I was adamant on doing it myself. He told me if I had trouble to come back after 12 and he would assist…. Well, I had trouble and came back and he gladly did it within 5 minutes. “the star of this review is an employee named Kaydance. I am admittedly a fish out of water in an auto parts store .. and and obvious one at that . I wasted on time walked right up to the register what I needed for the model of my car . she was fast, efficient and very personable. She took me right over to what I was looking for.and explained the volume needed for my vehicle. she asked me questions to help me resolve just what I'd need to get and thank god she did because I was blissfully ignorant to what I was about to do to my car in what can only be called a foolish roll the dice. she was as benevolent as she was well informed . my mind was at ease, knowing I was in good hands. she even went as far as to refer me to a reputable garage that she personally patronizes reassuring me that I'd be in good hands after I left. kaydance is a model employee, and in exemplary human.
