We brought a family engagement ring to be made into a necklace for our daughter to wear at her wedding. The staff worked closely with her to create exactly what she envisioned and the necklace is spectacular!

Completely incompetent. Went in for a simple watch battery replacement and now my watch is broken. Owner took no responsibility but my watch worked when I walked in and didn't when I walked out. Wouldn't trust these idiots with anything valuable.Brought my watch to an authorized repair shop for my brand of watch and had the battery replaced no problem after recovering the conductive film that was removed by Bellini in error.Owner trying to say the watch was broken before he touched the watch which is a complete lie. No responsibility taken.Stay away from this shop.

Bellini Jewelers made my absolute dream engagement ring. My fiancé worked with Michael to make a custom piece. It’s hands down the most beautiful ring thing I have ever seen. Amazing service, and they always offer to clean when we come visit!

I had the pleasure of visiting Bellini Jewelers, and was so glad I did. My salesperson was Billy. He, couldn't have been more professional, helpful, and polite. He,helped with suggestions and pricing was terrific. It, was my first visit and wouldn't be my last. Beginning new in the area I am so pleased to find a store that I feel so comfortable visiting and trusting. I am a first time customer, I visited the store to have a chain repaired. I was quoted a price of $35.00 & given a time frame in which the chain would be repaired. Not only was the chain repaired on time but, the price was adjusted in my favor ( it only cost me $15,00) I was pleasantly surprised that the store actually adjusted the price cause they were able to salvage a piece of the chain saving me the additional cost!!! I took the time to write this review cause of the store^s honesty & the great job they did on my chain!!! It was and overall great experience!!! Kudos to you Bellinii Jewelers.
