“All I can say is these guys are the best. From the GM Harold to the advisor Lin, and the whole crew at Grieco. From pick up and repair all the way through completion/ The team handled everything including towing. The communication I had through the process was/is top notch. It's not a common occurrence to have both your vehicles needing body work in the same year. Thank to an animal strike and a tree falling thanks to the epic winter we had. The animal strike was fully repaired and the car came back amazing. My SUV is currently there now and the communication through the process is top notch again. High recommend the staff at Grieco collision!!!!!!!!!!”
“AMAZING SERVICE ?
This is not a BS review—if you’re wondering whether you should bring your car here, let me tell you why you should.
First off, I hit a snowbank because of black ice and broke my suspension. If you know anything about cars, you know that’s easily one of the top five worst (and most expensive) things to fix.
The front desk manager handled everything—coordinating with my insurance and arranging for the inspection—so all I had to do was wait for a call. It made the whole process completely stress-free.
At one point, I got a “bill” from the insurance company and panicked. I called them, and they calmly walked me through it, explaining that it was just an estimate of the cost—not something I actually owed.
Then I finally got my car back after the repairs… and wow. It literally drives better than when I bought it.”
