“N. Smithfield store was clean and in order. The assistant manager helped me out with the right part the first time.I was driving to a job site, when I stopped for gas, my truck wouldn’t start. I called a road service for help, said the alternator wasn’t working. I found an O’Reilly auto store 1.3 miles away. I got a jump start and made a “B” line to there. I got the new alternator and I installed it in the parking lot. The employees were extremely helpful, and understanding of the situation. Thank you for the help at O’Reilly auto parts.”

“I went to check out their prices for tire sprays and cleaners...their prices are not the lowest around, but they do have a large selection, so among the choices, there are some that are a good value as compared to the others. The store was typical to most Advance Auto Parts stores around, where you are free to roam around and spend as much time as you want browsing and shopping before anyone comes to greet you. I like that, since I like to take my time doing my research and my shopping. Some people might feel that is not very customer focused, but I believe that is the corporate way of this company to handle the customer experience.”
