“All I can say is these guys are the best. From the GM Harold to the advisor Lin, and the whole crew at Grieco. From pick up and repair all the way through completion/ The team handled everything including towing. The communication I had through the process was/is top notch. It's not a common occurrence to have both your vehicles needing body work in the same year. Thank to an animal strike and a tree falling thanks to the epic winter we had. The animal strike was fully repaired and the car came back amazing. My SUV is currently there now and the communication through the process is top notch again. “I went to Hurd for the first time and it was a great decision. I had a vehicle with 280,000 miles on it and it finally served its purpose...so I needed a vehicle like right now. I told the sales rep Desiree I'm not leaving unless I drive a truck home. And she came through for me. I picked up a 23 Colorado. Gorgeous truck. She made sure I was going home with it. She was the best. Friendly and committed to make sure I went home with the truck. I highly suggest you buy from Hurd!”
“First and foremost I just like to say that when I called I believe it is Central now not Johnston Auto salvage I believe it is the owner who answered the phone and told me that he had a piece of glass for my car window upon going down to the yard to pay for the window so that it could be uninstalled from the vehicle it was originally in the owner looked up the window in his inventory and try to match apart to my VIN number he then came back and said unfortunately the window will not fit in your vehicle. He then picked up the phone and called I'm actually not sure who it was I assume another establishment and ordered me a brand newp wrecked vehicle I'm his yard. The window came in two days later packed very nicely in a cardboard box so not to get broken or chipped... This man was an absolute best and provided the best, ver customer service that I've gotten a very long time!! Anytime I need a part for my vehicle I will be calling Central/Johnson Auto salvage you again sir for all your help!¡”
