I got pushed around from teller to teller for the last one to tell me other documentation was needed. ALL personnel working in the bank should be up to date and aware of all procedures so that things like this can be avoided. The first teller could have told me that, had he been aware, and I wouldn’t have wasted 20 minutes for my issue to be left unresolved.

I am giving this bank 5 stars because I just refinanced my house with them. It was easy and I have never even met the man who did the work for me. Everything was done virtually. Lance Conte helped me make decisions through email and a website dedicated to my account. I felt so safe and really appreciated. The interest rates were low and there has been a rush of people refinancing. I was told that it would take 3 months and it has taken a little less than that. Nice. I like to know up front what to expect. Today I got a call from the closing company. They are coming to my house for the closing. I like that I can determine the level of safety that will be in place. Definitely will stay with Citizens.
