I asked for my wife's prescription. They told me that they didn't have a refill. My wife insisted over the phone that when she called she was told by the answering service that the prescription was in process. The pharmacists they didn't want to hear it. The told us to call the doctor instead of complain to them. I left went home and after 20 minutes they called us to come and pick up the prescription. I got on the phone and I asked if we're going to get an apology. I was told that I was yielding so if I come to the store asking for an apology they would call the cops. Shame shame shame

Today I went to pick up my package, and it turns out that a person named (MCKENNY) in charge of the store signed the package as proof of the delivery that was made, claiming that the package had been delivered that same day and The package was delivered the day before, as a result the package did not appear, according to him and the supervisor in charge on the afternoon shift at 1:39 pm on 11/22/2023 they told me that sometimes it happens, how is it possible that two people who are paid because they do their job, they cannot attend to what they do and what they sign, as a result there is an investigation process by UPS

I am at the point I’m about to switch pharmacies completely and not just a different CVS. I mean not even using CVS anymore. Your pharmacy has barely helped as it was before calls were regular now we have to leave a voicemail and just pray that someone’s actually gonna call us back? Are you kidding me?? Do you have any idea how many times I’ve called and no one‘s even called me back and you expect me to just continue working with you guys without getting the proper help I need for medicines that are actually going to save my life?

I don't recommend the CVS. Pharmacy in hartford Ave Johnston R I Pharmacy guys, his name, Nick. Also, the pharmacy lady her name is jennifer booh So independent The only I asked Tell me how I can use my father diabetic machine. So imperfectional it's very Not respectful to customer I have I'm recording everything I was so sad. How was treating also more sad Jennifer want to put my father medicine floor

There is disgusting customer service. On 6/27/23 pharmacist closed the window in front of me on drive through line at 1:29 pm Instead of 1:30 for break, saying that she has no enough time to serve me. This is extremely rude and unacceptable service.

Walked in to get a flu shot. Even though there was only one person waiting to get one the person behind the pharmacy counter told me you can't go without an appointment. We left and went home to try to call the number and make an appointment like they said only to find out we could have gone to their MinuteClinic and made it right there in person. Calling the number you just get the runaround on the phone. Finally got a real person only to find out that was for covid shots only that we had to go to the minute clinic in the store to make the appointment. Not very nice to do to elderly people who really need the protection of that flu shot. Going to go to a different CVS to see if we get better results. Apparently this particular store is not very friendly.

This CVS in Johnston, on Atwood Ave is in the heart of everything. It is at the busy corner of Johnston, so from here, many other business options are just a few blocks away.Went to get some ice cream with my 30%off coupon and some lotion. It really is best to use your coupon at CVS so you don't have to pay the full price. Nice cashiers, nice experience.

Got sick from melatonin from here. Went to return it and was short changed, gave me the “discount value” for the return. Got me sick and ripped me off over $5. I promise this decision will cost much more than the $5 you effectively stole from me. I will never go to any cvs again and anytime someone mentions cvs I will share my store and recommendation that they like I now do, just online order most of the stuff you’d get there and save the money and gas.

I was calling the pharmacy to check on a rx that they were filling to talk to someone to see if it was ready. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting, so I stayed on my phone got into my car and drove to the pharmacy on cruches mind you, I made my was to the pharmacy and looked around 5 pharmacy techs and a pharmacist on duty, phones everywhere not one was ringing, mind you I am still on the phone with the pharmacy waiting to talk to them. I asked to speak with the pharmacist. So he came over and I handed him my phone and asked him how he likes to be on hold for over 3p minutes. They must have turned off all the ringers on all the phones in the pharmacy. Great customer service. Might have to take my family's scripts to a different company. This store sucks. I worked for CVS for 15 years and we never treated customers like this. I called CVS corporate office to talk to customer service to give them feedback, and of course I was on the phone on hold for over 1 hour. I ended up hanging up. I guess they don't care either. The company is not the same company I worked for. Really bad customer service!!!
