Your online ordering is the worse I have ever been involved with. It's not even close. I was told an order didn't go through because of the address. So I would re-edit the address and try to get the same message. Then I see I was charged 4 times. Then you all had no idea why. Or where the order even was because I didn't received a confirmation but the money was taken out of my account. On everything I love this is the worse I have been around. Should be ashamed of your lack of good customer service. If I could give a 0 I would.

Can't do business with a company that can't be bothered to answer the phone! This automated service is garbage! I call to speak with a HUMAN not a machine, otherwise I'd just send an email & cross my fingers! I'm not leaving a message to "maybe" get a call back from one of their miserable employees with an attitude acting like they're doing me a favor 4hrs later with a simple answer I needed now... I'll be doing my business elsewhere from now on with a company who values their customers!

It’s an ok pharmacy. Staff do seem to be miserable, never have a smile on and are unpleasant. What’s really frustrating is them closing the pharmacy for an hour for lunch. I’ve never heard of any retail businesses that let all their employees go on break or lunch all at the same time. Everytime I am out running errands I try to stop to get my important medication and it’s always closed. I’m so sick of it. Huge inconvenience

My Md called in a prescription to this pharmacy on Friday 8/4. Upon calling the automated system, I was told my Rx would be ready to pick up Saturday 8/5 at 5:55pm. I call to check their hrs. and they close the Pharmacy at 6:00pm. I then called to ask if I could pick it up a bit earlier. I was then told by the Tech/Pharmacist (I'm not sure) that my med was on back order and they can't fill it. I was never call the day before, when I could have spoken with my MD. I have been on this med for years. A pharmacist should certainly know that one can't just stop taking it without risk. The female I spoke with was unapologetic, unhelpful and sarcastic. She did say I should have been notified but showed no concern or remedy for the situation. I was shown the same indifference as though I were picking up shampoo or a birthday card. CVS was once a leader in Pharmacy Care. Now, they are not even a shadow of what they once were.

This pharmacy has to be the most discussing pharmacy in Rhode Island. The pharmacist’s and assistants are so unprofessional and miserable people I have ever met. Any time I go here I am greeted and treated as if I’m a pill addict ( worse part is I only goHere when I need medication for a sinus infection. So no addictive drugs ) All the staff are just miserable and not personable.Today was the last straw. I pulled into the drive through and went to the right side. And I was in my truck as I rounded the corner I didn’t see the cone and I got the cone pushing it forward. The girl at the window looked at me gave me a dirty look and said “ um there’s a cone there that you just ran over because that side is closed “. And I said “im sorry I didn’t see it” she didn’t acknowledge that I said that but proceeded to look at the customer she was waiting on and made a face and laughed with her. So I backed up and moved the cone. I just can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness there. Cvs really needs to address and maybe do customer service training with their staff …

I also get my prescription filled in Johnston. The male young man has no personality whatsoever. The ladys there are great especially Maria. She was very kind when my mom was passing away. I will never forget that. Maybe some of that kindness will rub off on the male who's always there. I'll get his name next time I'm n there.

The pharmacy here is horrendous. One particular worker is always ignorant. My father is over 70 and does not need attitude when asking questions about his prescriptions. I have seen how he is spoken to and it is uncalled for. My father should be able to ask questions regarding his medicine. I dread every-time this worker is working the drive thru window. I have never seen him pleasant or eager to help a customer.

The pharmacy in this store is the worst. The pharmacist was rude and not helpful at all. We asked her a question and she responded “call your doctor” and walked away. This was very disappointing as my father is 81 and picks up his prescriptions so she knows his history. I would not recommend CVS on Putnam Pike to anyone.

This review is about the lack of customer service at CVS headquarters. I spoke to three people--none of which were helpful and wasted at least an hour on the phone. I tried to file my complaint online--the process does not work. There are so many other options that CVS--try them instead. Customer service is horrible.

Refusal to fill my perscription should not be up to the pharmacist if the OK comes from the doctor who actually knows the patient, you are being judgmental and I will pursue this further.
