My daughter enjoyed daycare cos of this facility, it’s far from home but I do not regret the ride at all. Thank you to all the staff for the great work you are doing. Amazing place.

I love this place. I have a 1 year old son Michael who is in the baby room and the baby room teacher miss Jackie is amazing, very attentive and they only have 3-4 babies at a time so the kids seem to get the best care, its almost like 1 on 1 an they seem to stay in ratio. Sometimes they have other teachers that fill in to help out and they're always good. Very professional. I also have a 6 year old son who goes there for before and after school care, he loves it because of how great Mr. Al, his wife, and miss May are. I pick my son up and he's sitting there doing math problems with him. Every teacher seems to really care about the kids from the higher ups to the individual teachers in the classrooms. I cant say enough good things about this place or express my gratitude for how well my kids are treated and how much they love it there. Keep up the great work Dreamland , I would recommend this daycare to anyone!

So honestly, I’m writing this review a few years late, but I Always think about how I appreciated this Daycare. This was in 2019 when my son was enrolled and he was like a year and a half. I Was a hard-working mom, but a struggling mom And I remember when they told me just in case of an accident or something and I told her I would, but if I beat her, I had no spare And I wouldn’t be able to dress for the week she went out of her way and it was simple She bought my outfit. I never had to worry my son was taking care of you as always, happy and healthy and cared for. And I really think about you but I know a daycare center and I know what it’s like for daycare center. I will always recommend this place. Forever, feel gratitude!

I am very upset on how this place is being ran! My daughter has been going there since the age of 2 place was awesome while Ms. Sheena and Ms. Tiara were there. Today out of no where dropping my daughter off like I always do was told i couldn’t leave her when asked why they stayed there summer camp didn’t start till 6/20. So apparently they thought it was ok to just kick children out till there program started I’m a full time job always paid my tuition and can’t just take time off. And let’s not forget the unprofessional staff who don’t knowledge you or have ever introduced themselves when started. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY DISAPPOINTED!

When my son first started I like the center know it is mess I would not recommend this place to bring your kid there are a couple of teachers that care about the kid and look out for the parents best interest (Danielle and Taria). WE had to FIGHT to receive money back for my son not going and them charging us for the lunch. Even though he did not attend. If I could give no starts I would. My son didn't even learn spoke to teaches to help get him ready to start kindergarten all he was doing was playing with toys all day.

From one parent to another, if you have a choice in daycares I’d HIGHLY suggest going else where…..If you’re looking for a job I’d suggest market basket across the street before working here…..My two boys went here for just about a year and although the staff is amazing, the owner is absolutely horrendous. She is soooo rude. She randomly decides to charge whatever she’d like for their “lunch program” then proceed to say “ I notified you on the Procare app about the increase but parents just don’t read” when I had not been notified nor had my message prior to asking in person been replied to on why all of a sudden I’m being charged 42.50 for my two boys lunch program. Had I’d encountered the owner from jump street I would have NEVER enrolled my kids here. Once again I’d like to state the staff is great, I loved them! The teachers all care for their student and I mean that. I hope the staff here finds a better job than working for her.

I was applying here for TA position the receptionist are the worst they are not very professional I would return the call they would tell me to wait then they would hang up on me I went in person to apply instead I gave my application I told them I was done filling it out they ignored me they were three ladies in the office and not one of them payed attention to me the three receptionist they were all on there phone so I walked away from the building next they leave a voicemail saying that I got up and left when I was literally standing there waiting for them to respond to me so then later I call them back asking for Shane because that was the lady that left me the voicemail so I called and told them I was returning the call so the lady says “hello and thank you” and hangs up on me not telling me anything.?

I can honestly say if you send your kid here.... you probably don’t care about your kid. This place is DISGUSTING. I don’t know how they aren’t shut down yet. Scabies goes around like it’s normal, and teachers lie beyond belief. Disgusting. And it’s filthy.

This review is for the dreamland center in Pawtucket R.IThis childcare center is SAD. It may look pretty & "new" but that's all it is. The "teachers" are under paid only making $10-$11/HR- they are not "teachers" they are babysitters anyone off the streets can get a job here, they don't require any proper education or training, the staffing is super unprofessional expect for about 2 employees. They DO NOT teach your kids ANYTHING, they babysit your child for the time they are there. If you ask them questions about your child's day they have no answer they just make up anything.My daughter was there for a month or two before I pulled her out she cried everyday because she didn't want to stay and she never cries, to leave us.They did absolutely NO LEARNING activities the only thing she did was listen to baby shark & play at the playground.I don't recommend this childcare center to anyone they are only open for the money they don't care about your children, your child will not grow or prosper in this environment please look elsewhere.

My son has gone to dreamland since he was a toddler amd i have nothing but good things to say about this daycare. His first teacher Ms. Danielle made my son and i feel very comfortable from the first day. My son has been at dreamland for the past few years and loves it and loves the staff and has remained close with ms Daniellle..his favorite teacher! They also have a cool playground that my son really enjoys.

Dreamland has been amazing from day one when we did a tour of the center and it's all thanks to the teachers and staff. My son came from a home daycare so I was nervous, but Ms. Danielle (my child's favorite) and Ms. Kendra (preK 1) instantly took him in and made him so comfortable. PreK with Ms. Tiara has been just as great - I definitely see my child growing and evolving. The center itself is adorable, fun, very welcoming and safe, but the staff provide the excellent curriculum and superbly clean environment. I've never had one worry. I fully trust my child here. If it wasn't for the teachers and staff caring for my son and all children the way they do, I wouldn't be such a happy momma.

The staff is what made this center but the owners and management are a disgrace. The facility is dirty, the playground has over grown weeds and poison ivy. The side exit has giraffe carcasse, broken toys tossed around and trash all over. Recently the school had a SCABIES infestation and according to management they "do just what the state requires" which does not include a deep cleaning. It's a pathetic establishment that not even the best teachers can make better. Do not put your children at this or any of the 3 centers.

This establishment is very sad. In the beginning of Dreamland Johnstons’ location it was great. Great staff, great management. Everything was great, all the employees worked as a team & it was shown tremendously.They are now laying off all old staff members just to hire new, under qualified, clueless employees.Some of the teachers there were there for YEARS. Do you realize that these teachers have grown to love these students as their own. The parents grew strong relationships with these teachers just for them to be taken away due to poor management & judgement skills. The employees that were previously employed, took multiple courses to further their education, took time out of their own, just to build themselves for this establishment, to be discarded later. I’m very upset about this. Some of the reviews on here tell all. & reviews are supposed to be for improvement but unfortunately theyre not taking the proper measures to better this facility. I wish things were different.
