Waited over an hour to simply drop off my grandmother's stool sample, lab order in hand. The woman I first encountered was rude and dismissive.

Came in on a Friday morning at 9:30. Understaffed and the wait is long. I have had many labs done and have never come close to the wait that I had here. Ridiculous and will never come back.

Requires a mask when there is no mandate and runs out of mask. Not allowed to use thicker cloth (a shirt) wrapped around as makeshift mask ether.

Good experience with staff but the office is old and dirty. They really need to clean the chairs where they draw the blood.

This lab makes it easy to walk in, as long as you have your slip, and get your labs done. However, holy hell- the phlebotomist went so deep with the needle that I have never once experienced such pain getting a blood draw. Every time she changed tubes it was excruciating. I thought it was me but 24 hours later, I can't straighten my arm without pain. I am a doctor and used to draw blood. This is not how it's done and not normal. I think that she needs to go back to school and remember she isn't trying to hit my bone. And what's crazier is my vein is HUGE so there was no need to go so deep. Damn! Will definitely think twice about sending people here.

Just had a routine blood work. Was treated extremely rude. Receptionist needed to call billing. Aparaentlly my flu test last year was denied by billing. Both girls in office rolled there eyes and said it's too early for this. Once I spoke with billing I was able to go have my blood drawn. Once in back room I was asked where my urine sample was. I said I was not given a cup. Again with the eye rolls. As I was being stuck with a needle the other woman comes in and says can you believe these people. Talking about the massive line out the door. Again more eye rolling and complaining. I can say I won't be back. Very unprofessional and rude.

I took my 19 month old daughter in for her first ever blood draw and I can't put into words how impressed we were with the experience. Both phlebotomists were kind, professional, experienced and did everything they could to make sure my daughter was comfortable and at ease which put my fiance and I at ease as well. I would highly recommend this lab to anyone especially if you're looking for a lab that works with children. We will definitely be back.

Please save yourself and never come here for bloodwork. Myself my client and the nurse for my client went her before a doctors appointment and we were treated like trash. Lady was very rude and disrespectful refused to do bloodwork on my client who is in a wheelchair. Yelled at myself and the nurse saying I've been doing this for 20 years she has no vans I'm not doing this. You need to force her to drink more water. The nurse said well the east side lab in Smithfield never has a problem the lab nurse gos then why don't you just take her there then I've been doing this for 20 years Ik what I'm doing. So she leaves the room and the other nurse with the curly hair apologizing for how rude and disrespectful this nurse was. Let's just say all 7 of our clients will never return here again I hope upper management sees this

Bria is an excellent phlebotomist. I have tiny veins, so I dread having blood drawn. She found the vein, got the butterfly in without "minesweeping," and was done lickety split. I'm very satisfied.
