My stepson bought a vehicle. It was never explained to him that he had to come up with the registration fees of $500. and also, they never did the repairs on a vehicle. I will never buy a car from them again and also they switch management. They don’t answer the phone and I will be . filing a complaint with the business of regulations

Guys be careful while buying from this dealership because before buying they will say to you to test the car on the right side. But try to go on the opposite direction so you can check the car on the dumps. Because after purchasing the Toyota from this dealership. Different sounds in starts poops up. Specially from inside steering and I am really worried now because I have used all my saving for buying this car

We've been looking for a vehicle for a few months after an accident totaled our vehicle and Electra has fair prices and there's no pressure at all to buy. Leigh made the process easy and she has a great sense of humor, we've never laughed so much buying a vehicle. Highly recommend Electra Motors. We would definitely go back to buy another from Leigh!

First week I got the car the tire sensor light comes on 2 months in I feel a shake in the steering wheel 6 months in shake is worse, battery dies, auto start don't work nomore and check engine light is on and they won't do a damn thing to help even tho they said everything's good and all new brakes rotors and battery was installed wich was clearly a lie thanks not to mention the steering makes mad weird noises and sometimes makes a bang noise when putting it in reverse with the steering wheel turning its so weird should have just bought a 3k car off the street atleast if I had these problems with that car its justifiable because I paid so cheap for it but I'm paying almost 17k for this car in the end and that's just not right I shouldn't be having any issues other than regular maintenance for atleast the warranty time but noooo it can't even wait that long to start breaking down on me whatever hope people see this and decide not to go to you guys have a good day scammers also passenger door dings when opening the rear door opening is slow sometimes, the only few good things they did was oil change new tires and apparently new front pads wich I didn't check but the way my steering wheel is shaking when I stop they deff went with the cheapest kind

Recently bought a 2012 rav4 from Leigh (I’m terrible with names I hope I got that right ?) she was awesome. Helped us every step of the way and made the registration pain free by doing it for us. Car runs and looks great which if you’re shopping for a car right now, you know is hard to come by if you’re not buying something fairly new. No rust or rot, very clean interior, couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you guys!

This is the second car I've bought from Electra in the past 6 years. Fair pricing and honest customer service. Leigh has helped me with both vehicles, and she has always treated me well. She takes care of all the paperwork and DMV stuff so it was one less hassle for me to deal with. Always professional, made sure I got in a vehicle that was affordable, safe and a great value.
