I have to say you need a car truck anything go see Jacob or Jordan we had a issue w car were going to Florida Jacob and Jordan took care of the problem imidemtial and got us a new vehicle to you these guys work hard for there customers they care so much I'm so happy I found them both if you go there say Michelle Damiano sent you you will not be disappointed.there top notch

I had an excellent experience at the Johnston location from the beginning stages of renting a vehicle, right up until drop off!! The store is super welcoming, clean and organized. The customer service was definitely the best experience of all - Jacob, Jordan and Rondie were extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful answering all my questions!! I will definitely be returning for any of my rental needs

They will cancel and change your reservation without your consent! Now I have no car for work because they left me a 30 second voicemail saying they need a drop of time when the car was scheduled as a pick up. They blamed me, the customer, when my appointment was originally with the Attleboro location! Blame the customer for you lack of information, you should say on the voicemail a reservation will be cancelled if you don’t confirm a drop off time WHEN THE CUSTOMER NEVER ASKED FOR THE CAR TO BE DROPPED OFF!

I worked directly with Jacob & Andrea to secure my rental. I came in right before closing at 4:50pm (5pm closing time), and they both helped me secure my rental thru my insurance. They did not make me feel rushed, and worked with me as if I was their first customer. Great team!
