I rented the unit online. Went I went there. There was a moldy smell coming from other units. There’s a huge gap at the top of the units where someone could access your unit. Very disappointed. Never even used it. What a waste of money

Alex and Jay (I think that’s the name of the other gentleman) were both very kind, and patient with us. Answered all our questions without being dismissive. Explained the storage unit policy and cost clearly. “We love the golf cart ride to see the storage unit!” We felt welcomed.

Extremely responsive, professional, and kind customer service. Nikita and Alex both helped me make a make a reservation. They were very transparent and effective and helped me find the best deal and adjust when my needs changed. Would 10/10 recommend.

They give me a call every month just before my payday time so I don’t have to pay extra for a late payment. I’m an old man and they help me out a lot. The people that work there are very helpful , Polite on the phone and in person.. Thank you very much and the best of luck to you guys

Was at extra space storage for around 2 years and my experience was fantastic. The on site manager Alex was amazing, always super accommodating. He made our time renting with extra space storage very pleasant, always went above and beyond.
