I got my first set of nails here! They did an amazing job and the nails are so pretty. I go here to get pedicures as well and the staff is always so nice. They give you a nice massage at the end of every service as well.

I got a pedicure and start to finish was a total of 17 minutes and my feet did not soak in the water for more than a minute. Never been so disappointed! Definitely will not go back.. my sister in law got a manicure and her hands never even touched water!!!

my daughter and I went for a fill. her nails were done by an apprentice? constantly stopping to question everything and came out just okay… male owner did my fill, took a nail off and now it’s a Frankenstein nail. we both got French manicure, not looking anything like the place we typically go. definitely not going back.

This place is TERRIBLE. I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was super rushed (and they were not at all busy). They also ATE AWAY at not only my cuticles, but the skin around my toenails!!! What on earth is that?! Don’t even get me started on the dip manicure. They ate away at the skin around my nails there too. They used the drill THREE TIMES AND THEN used the cuticle cutters to take away MORE already damaged skin. They also did not use the UV light, which I am pretty sure you’re supposed to use when doing dip. I left and the dip powder was all over me- up my forearms and all around my hands. Later that night I could not pick anything up that required using my finger tips because they were in so much pain and the skin was so raw. (Thank god I had vitamin E handy to help with healing). It is now the day after and I have dried up blood around my cuticles from where they were mutilated on both my hands and feet. This place is also not sanitary. When you go to a nail place and they don’t open up that clean package of tools before working on you, that’s a tell tail sign they don’t care about their customers’ health or cleanliness. Not to mention the nail tech didn’t even wear gloves while working on my hands. Never, ever, going back here again. For the record- this is not my only negative experience with this place. I only went because I had gift cards I needed to spend.

My new go to place, offering great service and prices with friendly service. I always ask for Tina or Gina. They both do a nice job.

I've been going to Gold nails for many years. Sadly, each year their service has declined. On Sunday, I got a pedicure with my daughter. Not once, but twice, the nail tech cut the cuticle around my big toe. It was bleeding and raw. After I jumped and uttered a cry of pain the first time, the pedicure became tense and painful. The tech continued to stab at my cuticles with her metal instrument of torture, again nipping the same bloody area! I asked her to please stop and just paint the nails. She applied something greenish -God knows what - to the toe that was excruciatingly painful. She apologized, and I am sure she didn't intend to inflict this pain or to draw blood, repeatedly, but perhaps there shouldn't have been such haste since the pedicure was done in 15 minutes. When they first opened, you were able to put your feet in the water for a little bit. No longer. Your feet barely touch the water and they're out again. And there is no gentle massage of your calf. Instead, punching. Hot rocks applied, not on the back of your calf where the muscle is, but scraped down the front of your chin where the bone is. Then, while you're waiting for your toes to dry, you get a 2 minute - I think it's supposed to be a massage, but it's more of a beating - while you get punched in the back of the neck as you are hunched over the toe fan. Gold Nails, you are not supposed to rush people and draw blood. Two days later, my big toe is still raw and oozing some discharge from my pedicure on Sunday. I will never go to Gold Nails again.

Don’t waste your money. Foot soak about 5 minutes total. Didn't cut the cuticles. Heels look awful ! Throw your money out the window before considering this place. Not even worth 1 star

This place sucks . Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I had a bad mani/pedi before bcz they thin the polish and it chipped the next day .However, I tried them again and this was the worst pedicure I have had . Never cut the cuticles. I even brought my own polish . Heels look awful . Questioned why my heels look like this and she said you got dry skin .
