I recently leased a car with Tasca . And what an easy transaction. Danny the sales guy was awesome answered all of my questions and was able to help me get exactly what I wanted while Tommy also help move the process along very quickly getting my vehicle ready for me to take home sooner than I planned. Working with these guys were great and I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with Tasca from start to finish! From the first phone call to schedule service, they were thorough and attentive; they were able to get our vehicle in quickly and our service advisor, Sean, was excellent. He communicated with us, giving us all the details about our vehicle’s issues, followed up when he said he would, and ensured we had minimal wait time for our repairs. We’ve used them several other times and would highly recommend!

Drove down from MA because they were so wonderful to work with every step of the way. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and informative about what I needed for my jeep. Each employee I spoke to on the phone & in person was polite and took their time to speak with me and present options. Additionally, they offered the best pricing for all the work my jeep needed! The work was done in a timely manner. I will be back without a doubt!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my car in 3 times for the same issue that they told me would take a day MAX. Each time they had my car for over a week with no communication. The issue is unresolved after 3 times of “fixing” it and the last time I picked it up they said my issue is stemming from a “bent door” which I never had / they never mentioned the first two times of bringing it in. I am very disappointed and still have water coming into my car because of them. The manager loved to say he was sorry for the miss communication and that it wouldn’t happen moving forward. It happened each time. The last time, I called and asked to speak to him he hung up on me. Someone else by the name of Brian got on the phone and had told me the car was ready 2 days prior to that day. 2 days and no one called me. I called them. Who knows how much longer it would of sat there if I hadn’t of called.

Been here a couple of times for repairs on my Jeep; the staff have been great. They don't push repairs on you and will walk you through what's important and needs to be done first down to the least important thing. I've worked with Brennan and Danielle and they are both awesome and super patient! I am always under a time crunch because I use my car for work and they are always patient with me and my panic. Love that they have a shuttle system as well so you don't have to pay more money to taxi home if it's a longer repair! Only complaint is that for whatever reason I struggle to receive their calls with updates; I've checked my phone block list to make sure Tasca isn't on there and it's not so I'm not sure what's going on with that. Otherwise it's pricey, but you're working with a dealership so that's to be expected; as long as the staff are seeing their fair share of the profits in monetary compensation I don't mind.I'll definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

!Excellent staff and overall dealer!Bought my 2024 Rubicon two weeks ago. Have bought/leased about 12 or so cars/jeeps in my life and this process was smooth. Since I was the last one at the dealer a form was overlooked and the finance manager even came to my house to correct the oversight.I have only one regret: I should have been at this dealership sooner instead of being fooled by other dealers.

Got stuck with a pretty serious failure on my Ram while visiting RI. Tasca had my vehicle in the first thing the following morning for diagnosis, and while the repair unfortunately took quite a long time due to parts availability, Sean and his team kept me in the loop the entire time and did an excellent job on the repair. I'd highly recommend them for service.

I had purchased a vehicle here in June. I noted during the test drive that it made a sound when driving, that I was told was fixed. To give the benefit of doubt, perhaps the sales person was given false information.Within 24 hours of purchase, I returned to the dealership noting it was not repaired, the service rep stated they knew what it was and the part was on back order and I would be notified when it came in. I also stated my concern that I was leaving without any document stating that the repair was due, and it would not be fixed. I was assured "Tasca would never do that"Two weeks later (7/6), I call to follow up. No answer, left a voicemail. No response.7/17 I call to get a status. No answer, left a voicemail. I then called 2 separate mechanics who were able to get the part same day. Red flag.7/19: I get a follow up call to check on me, which I appreciated. I expressed my frustration with the lack of response. I get a call back from the service rep telling me to call the service department if I need anything and to ignore the text I receive. I then get a text stating my repair was scheduled for 8/2. I did not know or agree to this, but whatever.7/20: called dealership back to discuss appointment. The part manifested itself into availability. I agreed to the appointment and talked about what I can expect, which is an approx 2 hour repair.7/21/23: The dealership manager asked for a call to discuss my issue on google, which I called back right away. He seemed genuinely concerned and assured that the repair would be made. This level of follow up and ownership speaks volumes. He gave me his cellphone number, should I need it. Updates to follow after 8/2 scheduled repair. Raising review to 3 stars in hopes of resolution.Will update review as progress is made.

I had the Stage Kits installed on my Redeye! Service advisor Sean kept me informed throughout the installation, very goodbye job! The tech who performed the work and installed the kits, outstanding job also. I live in Massachusetts but I will now use Tasca in Johnston, RI as my local dealership. Thank you!

From the moment I called inquiring about the car (the one that I purchased), everyone was so helpful and polite. We had a new salesperson (Brayan), there only a week, that had Stephen and other employees assisting him with procedures and questions. I truly liked that preceptor concept, multiple people mentoring a new employee, so he can experience and learn from not just one person. He did great by the way!
