Throughout my collision repair, Josh always kept in contact with me by phone and email to let me know the progress of my auto repair. Grieco Collision Center had to order parts, one item was backed ordered, but Grieco called dealerships and found one in New Jersey and had it shipped. The final results of my repair of the car was amazing!!! I am so happy I chose Grieco Collision Center.

While in traffic in downtown Providence, I was rear ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of me. I sustained damage to the rear AND front of my Toyota Camry. Having used Grieco Collision earlier in the year, I immediately called Linea and arranged to drop off my car asap. I received a stress free rental car while my car was being repaired. They dealt with the insurance company’s appraisal, and repaired my car fairly quickly.
All while keeping me updated via email every step of the way.

Great customer service. Kept us updated on status of repair. Car looks great, wouldn’t know it was in an accident. Hope I don’t need them for a very long time !! But if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on my car.

Lin provided the best customer service I received during my vehicle repair. She was personable and knowledgeable. She contacted me regularly via email of the
status. The tech handled the job efficiently and the car looks new. Great friendly and professional service.

It was good except for 2 things.
First, my first rental after a short distance kept saying it needed maintenance and then said the oil was low. We checked the oil and it was fine. So we took the rental back and were given a better car.
Second, I was told I would be notified when parts came in and work began on my car. I wasn't notified and was surprised to get the call saying the car was ready. Since I hadn't heard before that, I had filled the rental with gas. Oh well.
Otherwise it was a pleasant experience. The car looks great and is really clean. I appreciate that. It is great to have it back. Thank you.

I had a positive experience working with Greico Collision Center. I felt my vehicles was in good hands and was returned in excellent condition, both inside and out! Linea frequently updated me and was always willing to discuss and look into my concerns! Thanks again!!

I had to bring my car in for repairs. It turned out the car had been in an unreported accident before I bought it. Now the repairs were severe. Although Honda took a long time to repair it, half of the problem was the insurance company just took a long time before they could start work on it. The work they did was excellent, and they kept me abreast of all the news as they worked on it. I rented a car through them and the experience was terrific. Special shout out to Linea at the collision center. She was awesome to work with.

I recently took my car to Greico Honda collision center in Johnston, Rhode Island because my 2016 Camry got sideswiped.
I knew it was going to be a big job and had never went with Greico Honda collision center before. I must say, within a few days, I was getting updates as to what was going on with my car. Lin, who works as a customer service specialist at the collision center, was the one making sure I wasn’t in the dark with my repairs. I constantly got updates from her, even if it was something as simple as “parts are ordered, but have not come in yet.” I have never doubt with someone who is so attentive to their customers. Not having your car can be a very stressful situation, but Lin and those at Greico collision center really made it seamless up until I got my car back. When the keys were back in my hands, I could not believe it. It looked better than when I had purchased it from Greico toyota a few years back. If you were looking to get body repairs done on your vehicle, I would 100% go to Greco Honda. Thank you so much, I cannot wait to get in my car and drive it tomorrow!

I honestly have to say Joshua Montanez over here at Greico Collision was PHENOMENAL not only was he respectful but HIGHLY Professional as well.
