I have been coming here for years. First time under new ownership.I made an 8:15 am appointment for service. I arrived promptly. At 9:00am my car was logged in.It's now 10:46 am. The service man came and told me they would text me with the details of the work they recommended? Still have not started any work in 2 and a half hours.However, as the day progressed, I was afforded a loaner car. And the work was performed professionally. Other than getting off to a rough start the total experience was excellent.

DO NOT GO HERE they took months to get my car fixed, never called me for any updates and when I called them they either took so long to answer (over an hour) so the hold timed out, or they LEFT when I called at 5, and they kept me on hold till after 6 when they left. They were horribly rude on the phone anytime we got somebody on the phone (besides the main man for service who directs you to your provider he was very nice) and when i picked up the car they disconnected anything aftermarket in my car. They are horrible, they basically refused to work with my warrantee company, and in the days after I got my car i got many calls and texts on how I should come back to get more work done. I had to block them eventually because it was getting to be excessive. Do not go here.

Carissa was a pleasure to work with, she offered several options and was very knowledgeable on all the features the different models offered. She took the time to listen and found the perfect vehicle for me, I love my new KIA Sorento. I also saved some money with her recommendation of an insurance company. Noel was great as well, he made the financing process a breeze. My experience with the two of them made my car buying experience enjoyable, it had been quite some time since I purchased a new vehicle and I was dreading it.

Malik was simply Amazing. He never pressured me or talked down to me . He was very knowledgeable about my 2024 Kia Sportage. My Financial service gentleman was also so understanding and took his time to work with me getting an excellent price point . Loved I went thru trading in my lease to drive home with a new lease with no headaches or regrets in the whole process.Tasca Kia employees beat any other Kia dealerships in southern New England.

DO NOT bring your car here for service!!!! Worst place ever!! They have inexperienced technicians working on brand new cars. I had to bring my car for basic maintenance and 2 recalls and both times i had to return because my car was running funny afterwards and leaking oil all over my driveway. I will never go back

I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership. I felt like my sales representative, Anthony, was working with me to get me in a vehicle rather than working to try to deceive me or play hardball. The finance process was so speedy, I was blown away with how quickly we were able to get out of the door once we agreed on terms. I would absolutely come back and I recommend others to give them a try. They make buying a car an enjoyable experience.

Buying a car was not in the plan... However due to a car accident I found myself in the position of needing a car ASAP. I had tried another dealer. Unfortunately the car I tried to buy did not pass inspection. I found one I was interested in at Tasca Kia. Christina got back to me right away to let me know that the car I was interested in was available and ready for a test drive. After test drive I was in love. Anthony also showed me a second vehicle I had inquired about. He never tried to pressure me or upsell. He seemed genuinely committed to selling me the vehicle that was right for me. There was a minor snag as the bumper had some damage. I was assured they would send it to the body shop first thing the next morning for repair. I had a painless and actually fun experience with Marcy completing the finance application. I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity as she walked me through every step even helping me to update my insurance. The bumper repair took a few days as it was determined it needed a new bumper. I received updates from Anthony as well as Chris the manager. In the end I ended up with a brand new bumper and the car that I love. It should be known that this was my first time purchasing a car with a car loan. The team at Tasca Kia took such good care of me and I now have a vehicle I love and feel safe in. Although I was buying a used vehicle they treated me as if I was purchasing top of the line. I would recommend Tasca Kia in Johnston to anyone searching for a car. I am so unbelievably grateful for Tasca Kia. I totaled my 2020 Kia Telluride July 24th and as I was looking for a replacement car I found the same year make model that their dealership had by chance purchased from auction that same day. I called to make a deposit on the car for them to hold until I was able to come check out the following day. Malik the sales associate was so friendly and helpful in making sure I was able to drive away in my car. I highly recommend Tasca Kia and say to anyone looking to buy a Telluride that it’s a great car with top quality safety. Go there and test drive one!! I love my car!

I Bought a Kia Carnival and had an awesome experience. They were fast and thorough which is what I was looking for. They don’t add “market adjustment” which was great to see and had my dream car in stock! Super happy with Anthony in sales and Marcy in finance.

Serviced my EV6. Took care of three service actions and handled an adjustment of my headlights without a charge. They also have a tech who is qualified to work on EVs. Wait area is nice and clean. Definitely recommend coming here for service. Jenna in particular helped me out and answered all my questions. They also have a separate table if you need to work while you wait with outlets to charge laptops. The wash and vacuum are a great touch too!

Carissa is amazing! I am a very indecisive person and she was very patient with me and didn’t pressure me at all. The whole team was really cool and laid-back. It was a really great welcoming atmosphere. Marcy, the finance manager, was hilarious and took such good care of us. I will definitely recommend Tasca Kia to all my friends.
