Scheduled an appointment at 1030 to have a hard cover put on my truck bed. I was told it wouldn’t take long. Maybe a few hours. They asked me if I’d like to wait or come back, I told them I’d come back at 3 to pick the vehicle up. Showed up at 310 and the vehicle wasn’t ready for another 20 minutes. Woman at the desk was rude and tried playing it off like there’s a valid reason it takes 5 hours to put a truck bed cover on, and because I made a 1030 appointment don’t mean my truck will be taken care of when I bring it there at that time. I could do it in 45 minutes if I had the tools. What most likely happened is since I made the mistake of telling them I’d be back at 3, they decided to put it off until last minute and get other jobs out of the way, but whether it was another vehicle taking longer than they thought, or mine, the vehicle ended up someone not being finished. A week later and the weather proofing on the liner clearly isn’t done right. I understand that it’s not completely waterproof, but there’s far too much water getting in under the cover.
No surprise but they never sent me a survey link to review their trash service department once they realized I was upset. Take your GM vehicles to Balise if you want competent service

Even though I could not afford the repair at this time, and it’s on the back burner for next visit, Savanna was on top of everything and always provides a bright spot in the mix. Gene the courtesy car driver was also a total pro.

I arrived without an appointment with the check engine light on. Savanna was great to work with. She got me squeezed in and the technician found I had 2 faulty fuel injectors. The repair would take 2 days. Savanna made sure I had a loaner vehicle for my use.

I was recently helping my daughter shop for her first car, and we had a great experience with the information provided by the Hurd team. I would especially like to thank customer service representative Kayla-Lynn Gruslin and Sales Manager David Cathey. They were both patient and professional, and provided the information needed for us to make informed decisions. We certainly intend to consider Hurd for our next car purchase as well.
