Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil changes. I always get great service. They are very friendly, helpful and honest. They don’t push to upsell. I go there between oil changes to fill up fluids and put air in tires (which are free). Hint* there are usually money saving coupons on their website.

Today I stopped by Jiffy Lube and was helped by Mike and Harry. I was worried my car was leaking break fluid but they assured me it was nothing. I got my oil changed and was out in 15 mins.

I took my car into this jiffy lube in April of 2022, in the first week of June 2022 my engine seized up and I had to replace it. There was no oil in my car, when I called them, they sent someone out to check my car, found there was no oil and sent it onto their manager. When the manager finally reached out to me he told me I took the oil out of my own car and damaged my engine on purpose. They refused to follow through with the warranty even though I drove the car well less than 3000 miles and/or less than 3 months. They are crooks and will not honor their work. They will blame you if anything happens(I found out that the oil bolt wasn't fastened properly after the oil change and my oil slowly leaked out and that's why my engine seized) even if it is their fault. I can only suggest going there at your own risk. They will not take care of you

Mike is excellent. Knows his cars. Didn’t push me to get something I know I didn’t need but I wanted quality oil from a quality crew and this is why I go there. I left a tip above and beyond the price because the guys worked so fast so hard and were personal. Not fake. I can’t believe anyone goes anywhere else. Matt pezzullo scituate RI. I was there yesterday… I’ll probably well definitely go back just because of of the employees…
