This salon cost about 30 more for a fill and pedicure than my previous salon, but I was happy to pay it because the place seemed really nice. Pedicure was ok. I had a broken acrylic 1 week after my fill, which I was also thinking no big deal it happens sometimes. Then my jaw dropped when they wanted to charge my $25 for ONE nail repair. Ridiculous, obviously not going back.

I’ve been a customer for 15 years, I bring my daughter, mother and refer all my friends here, I travel 45 min as a loyal customer to get my nails done. I have my bachelorette this weekend, they turned me away being 15 min late for my appointment. Won’t be coming back.

There are many locations in RI. This building was not clean.
The nail tech had to repeat several times. I could not understand her.
I needed nails trimmed and clear polish.
I watched her use an unsterilized clipper! Then an old used paper Emory board.
When she reached for cuticle scissors I finally realized what was about to happen and shook my head 'no' and waved my finger 'no'.
She made eye contact.
She picked up a wooden stick to push my cuticle back. Once again I shook my head 'no'.
I cannot believe I didn't leave as soon as I saw unsterilized clippers. Infections are common if skin is broken during manicures.
I know how important cleanliness is but seemed to be too embarrassed to leave at first. Once I paid and tipped I wondered how often Magic Nails is inspected.
All reviews seem to focus on how beautiful the manicure looks.
Very rare to see customers aware of sterilized surroundings.

The first time I went to Magic Nails I had to go back three days after my fill and Gel polish because it started to peel. I gave them another chance and went for a gel pedicure and my toes look like my 8 year old niece painted them ! $65.00 later!

Very amazing, the customer service there is great even though the wait is a bit long, they make sure customers are satisfied with their nails or end results of their pedi/mani/fill, etc. And the have a nice vibe, the even put on music for customers. Overall amazing!!

i can't believe that i just got charged 45.00 for a pedicure also none of the prices are listed in there. They do a half ass basic job and have the audacity to charge 45.00 for it. They took the priceboard down that they used to have and jacked up the prices with out your knowledge. Then they sock you with an outrageous price. for that service given it is an outrageous price. this was so not worth the money. such a rip off. this was a basic pedicure. nothing fancy. no wonder why theres never anyone in there. Save youre money. i was in and out within 25 minutes big rip off. I paid 45.00 for him to basilly file and paint my toenails. i can do that myself.

Had reference picture. I ask the lady if she needed it. I asked for almond. Gave me round. I asked for what the picture exactly shows and it’s literally the worst. Also why does my ring finger nail look like this. I told her many time it’s not supposed to be French all the way but she continued. I wasn’t trying to be rude but I just couldn’t anymore. I’m not they type to speak out but I honestly tried so many times that I was just so embarrassed. I won’t be coming back at all.

I have been going here over a year. My first time the pedicure was great! The massage was nice, my nails I don’t remember, the pedi is what hooked me. Lately I’ve been going and I am not impressed. The pedi lacks, the gel polish peels, the dip chips in the corner of my nail, even acrylics start lifting! I end up having nail polish on my cuticles. I always give them another chance, maybe they just had an “off” day. I don’t want to give them any more chances. It’s not worth it. Sorry. I tip well, I tip in cash like they ask, and I WILL pay the price for QUALITY nails. But I’m not getting that from here.Services: Hand & foot massages

Rude. Overpriced. Spa prices for a while in the wall at a strip mall. I went in this week and won't ever be back. $85 for a standard pedicure with a gel manicure. Laughable. Also my nails look like trash. My 8 year old paints nails better.
