“i’m mad i haven’t been here sooner what is this cute little gem with amazing high quality ingredients!!! i came to find flat wife skewers for persian kebab and they had sold out so they offered to sell me a few of the ones they have in their kitchen since i really needed them the next day. price was awesome too. i got cracked olives that taste like home and big serving plates for fattet hummus and their bread is so freaking fluffy and fresh. the staff was so pleasant and the decor is immaculate. wish they were in providence so i could go more often but ill make my way back again im sure.”

“My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and have heard amazing things about Blackbird Farm. We stopped by on a Sunday to check it out and try out some farm fresh meats as we love to support local. It did not disappoint.
We got to meet AnnMarie personally. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable about all the meats and very open to answering questions and actually encourages questions so she can share the wealth of her knowledge.
It’s farmers and small businesses owners like her that makes all the difference in our community!

“I have been eating Central Falls Kielbasa since I was a baby!! Only Kielbasa we will eat. I used to run RT 117 back roads from Moosup,CT to Jerry's Market right before Easter and buy any where from 8 to 10 rings. Also had my local grocery store, Plainfield Better Val U, have it in their store. I have since moved south to Gales Ferry, CT and want to buy on line.Got to have Central Falls Kielbasa for EASTER!!?????????????????”
“Never fails to have great meats and produce . Love the different types of pastas and sauces. Best Butterball Hams at Christmas. Carves the bone out for easy slicing,but returns it for cooking so meat stays moist. Lovely people work there behind the meat counter and the resister. Want something and can't find it, ask! Been there forever, and I for one am glad to shop there.”

“I had a 10am appointment but I decided to plan my trip to arrive at night time to avoid traffic, I arrived at 0230, at 0300 a gentleman knocked on my door and gave me a door, I was out by 0500, great people to work with, you can park on the street next to the building.”

“When I celebrated Greek Easter on May 5th this year, I wanted to roast a lamb on a spit, and I wanted it to be fresh lamb. I reached out to Jerusalem Meat Market, and they told me that I could buy fresh, Rhode Island lamb from them. It was 20 kilos. It was slaughtered on Friday, I picked it up on Saturday, and I cooked it on Sunday. It was THE BEST LAMB I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, and I have had it many times in Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, and more importantly Greece. Yes, I cooked it with Greek spices and lemon, but when our Lebanese friends who normally do not eat lamb say it was delicious, and two vegetarians made an exception to try it and said it was great, that tells you something. Yes, it is cheaper to buy a frozen lamb from New Zealand or Australia at a large meat market, but if you are celebrating only once this year, do not insult your guests with gamy, foreign lamb. Go with tender, grass eating lamb from Rhode Island, and enjoy it. After all, it is better to have a little bit of something good, instead of a lot of something bad.

Turkey - Pavo
And so much more.
They also sell other things so you don’t have to make multiple stops.”
