The storm was just days away and the store would be closed for the next several days - Teresa blew me out of the water!! Not only did she quickly place my order but… her magic tag team husband and son delivered the recliner that day within an hour!!! And disposed of the old chair too!! “Kent DME did suffer from being understaffed for a while.BUT !!! They are back to being a great DME company.I visited to resolve a few issues and Corinne took care of EVERYTHING. It wasn't easy to find what I needed but she wouldn't quit until she found what I needed and took care of me. They are able to answer the phone more often and are adding another customer service person soon. The respiratory therapist are genuine wonderful professionals with great personalities.I will be recommending them to everyone.”
