“This place has new & used electric scooters for sale (and they rent them out), new & used electric wheel chairs, chargers, parts, and they service them as well even if you didnt buy the scooter/chair from them, they also have a technician that travels to your home if you need repairs too...Paul was a huge help in repairing my gramas scooter and this will be my go to spot for any scooter repairs I ever need in the future!”
“Awesome drug/convenience store. Has that old school pharmacy vibe and the staff are always super nice. Store is also super organized which is a rarity compared to most of the other places in this area. Highly recommend them over mainstream drug stores (CVS, Rite-aide, etc.). It's a shame COVID caused some of the bad reviews online because this place certainty does not deserve it.”

I live in West Warwick, and I could not figure out why my doctor ordered my supplies from Alpha Surgeries in North Providence.But, they handled everything, kept me informed at each step, communicated with both my doctor and health insurance company...all I had to do was pick up my supplies.The staff was both kind and attentive. They explained everything I needed to know and more, then encouraged me to call if I have questions.Can't get any better than that.”

“New in RI and needed some adjustments to my manual wheelchair. Could find no company willing to take insurance and help me except National Seating & Mobility. Reviews for them on line were terrible but I had no choices. John, the new branch manager (in the past year and a half) had me scheduled with Justin Martin coming to my home within the week. Justin was highly effective and efficient, and reassured me that I can indeed get timely repairs. This was confirmed when I had a different problem the very following week. If I could bring the chair to their local office in a couple of days a tech could look at it, which I was able to do. Rob met me at my car, took my chair into the shop and FIXED it. I am so grateful to NSM. Those of us who are dependent on chairs as their legs need reliable help when we need it. Thank you so much”
“Kent DME did suffer from being understaffed for a while.BUT !!! They are back to being a great DME company.I visited to resolve a few issues and Corinne took care of EVERYTHING. It wasn't easy to find what I needed but she wouldn't quit until she found what I needed and took care of me. They are able to answer the phone more often and are adding another customer service person soon. The respiratory therapist are genuine wonderful professionals with great personalities.I will be recommending them to everyone.”
