Melvin’s was recommended to me by friends. They did a wonderful job replacing my tires. The two gentleman who helped me were very nice and professional and they had a vast selection of tires. (They had the specific ones I wanted.) I would highly recommend Melvin’s to anyone.

Chris and Kailey were an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a first-time customer. When I arrived to find out that the tires that I ordered through the customer service number were ordered incorrectly, they both showed empathy, grace, and a customer first mindset. When I came back once the correct tires were in, I couldn’t help but notice how they treated every customer with a natural pleasant demeanor. They finished in the allotted time they promised. A lot of businesses when things are going right can provide five star service but nowadays there aren’t many companies that can deliver the same level of service and handle it the way they did when something goes wrong Chris and Kailey did just that! For that reason, they now have a new customer. Thank you.

Ok well I had an issue With an alignment was a little bit of me a little bit of them little bit of life My car was a little different circumstance, and Chris took his time and went over things with me went above and beyond.
