Your online ordering is the worse I have ever been involved with. It's not even close. I was told an order didn't go through because of the address. So I would re-edit the address and try to get the same message. Then I see I was charged 4 times. Then you all had no idea why. Or where the order even was because I didn't received a confirmation but the money was taken out of my account. On everything I love this is the worse I have been around. Should be ashamed of your lack of good customer service. If I could give a 0 I would.

This review is about the lack of customer service at CVS headquarters. I spoke to three people--none of which were helpful and wasted at least an hour on the phone. I tried to file my complaint online--the process does not work. There are so many other options that CVS--try them instead. Customer service is horrible.

I was there last night and need an eye wash. I asked for help and girl at pharmacy was unable to. Went to Stop & Shop and they were able to help me.

Just reading the comments here, both pro and con. I have to say that I have had nothing but good experiences in this store! Maria, who seems to have a bad review, is so sweet! She worked very hard with me and my doctor to make sure my prescriptions met Medicare standards and all applicable information was included. She always greets me and is so polite and caring. All of the techs are wonderful, and also kind, polite and caring. I definitely would recommend this pharmacy to any friends and family. Great service and wonderful people.
