Have been going to Rachel for four years now. Stopped in on a chance cuz it was near my house and never looked back! I will start by saying I'm from Brooklyn and have been getting my nails done for well over 25 years and know how things should and should not be. It is so hard to find nail techs up to those standards out here and I'm very particular about who I allow to touch my nails. Well., this place is it! I've never had one bad experience! Rachel is so kind, patient and talented and never tells me no, and I often ask for a lot. The whole team at nail max is super friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and the technique is on point. Always get compliments on my nails! Would recommend to anyone and I will never leave!

I hadn't had nails put on for a time during Covid. When I restrictions were lifted I wanted to go back to the place I've always been pleased with the results Nail Max. I've gone there for a long time and loved my results. I made a huge mistake and went to Expo nails instead. Oh my gosh. I had lumpy bumpy nail product on my fingers on my cuticles. The Polish seemed old because it went on lumpy. I was shaking because I really wanted to get up and leave right then. Instead I went back to Nail Max with my girl Cindy. She popped off my lumpy nails from Expo like they were plastic press ons no effort to remove those huge thick gross nails for $50. The nails he put on did not have a natural curve. They came out straight like boats. Awful look and a Waste of time and money. At Nail Max Cindy put on a gorgeous full set that were natural curved smooth and simply beautiful. I won't ever make that mistake again. There aren't too many salons out there with technicians that have the talent to do it right. Thanks Cindy.

I will never go back to this place again. I was gong here for about a year and was always so happy with my nails until about 3 weeks ago. I went in to get a fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was great! Got my fill done and was super happy with the job that was done. I went home and took a shower that night and all the gel on my nails started to bubble, lift and peel off. The next day was a Monday and they were closed so I waited until Tuesday to go in. I had a Bridal shower to go to that weekend and a corporate event to attend the next day (Wednesday) for work. When I went in and explained what had happened to the nail tech and asked her to fix it she refuses. I then explained to her that I paid for my service and I have a corporate meeting that I cannot show up to with my nails looking as bad as they did and she continued to tell me she would not be fixing my nails as she "didn't have the time" She couldn't take 10 minutes out of her day to fix a job that SHE did wrong. HIGHLY disappointed as this was my favorite salon in a long time but like many others they let you down eventually.Services: Pedicures

This was my first time getting acrylics done and I was pretty nervous. The super nice lady who did my nails wasn't rough at all and didn't get mad/rude/annoyed when I messed up the gel polish on a nail. The black almond nails are cuteand I love them! I received a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. My massage chair did not work, she did attempt to turn it on for me it was only 2 women doing nails and one woman on pedicures that day, very displeased with the service I received. One woman was directing the other women on what to do and only one woman was trained on doing eyebrows.Services: Manicures

I returned to this establishment one day after my nails were done requesting to have my nails corrected ( see pictures)and the nail tech said my nails looked OK and laughed. I spent $90 in this place and I do not recommend to anyone. I Waisted my time and money.Service: Acrylic nails
