Back in 2021, this place was really solid and I would have recommended them to anyone. Not sure if management had changed or what but it’s only gone down hill. They only care about your money and not your time. It’s happened several times where I make an appointment and find other people getting sat before me despite not asking for a specific tech. They will tell you “someone is finishing up” while not even having put polish on someone. Would recommend going elsewhere if you value your time unless you want to wait 30 minutes after your appointment to still not be sat.

I went in for a gel manicure, not my first here, and had a different technician. He did not apply the base coat and so although I absolutely loved my nails, they all fell off in 3 days. And I mean the whole gel nail fell off, not in chips/pieces. I was on vacation, so I called the salon immediately hoping they would offer to redo them, as this would be the appropriate thing to do. I made an appointment for when I came back from vacation and got the EXAT same thing that I already paid for.. they only offered $10 off, and then $20 once I complained. I am so upset because I truly liked this salon but that’s ridiculous. The tech apologized and explained the mistake they made, which I greatly appreciate, but why would you charge me to redo something that you acknowledge was completely wrong?? Very disappointed and upset with this.Services: Nail designs

Despite Making an appointment they still take a very long time. I don't know if they over book or what is going on. The staff can be really defensive when trying to communicate something not to the customers liking and the prices are inconsistent.
