Back in 2021, this place was really solid and I would have recommended them to anyone. Not sure if management had changed or what but it’s only gone down hill. They only care about your money and not your time. It’s happened several times where I make an appointment and find other people getting sat before me despite not asking for a specific tech. They will tell you “someone is finishing up” while not even having put polish on someone. Would recommend going elsewhere if you value your time unless you want to wait 30 minutes after your appointment to still not be sat.

I went in for a gel manicure, not my first here, and had a different technician. He did not apply the base coat and so although I absolutely loved my nails, they all fell off in 3 days. And I mean the whole gel nail fell off, not in chips/pieces. I was on vacation, so I called the salon immediately hoping they would offer to redo them, as this would be the appropriate thing to do. I made an appointment for when I came back from vacation and got the EXAT same thing that I already paid for.. they only offered $10 off, and then $20 once I complained. I am so upset because I truly liked this salon but that’s ridiculous. The tech apologized and explained the mistake they made, which I greatly appreciate, but why would you charge me to redo something that you acknowledge was completely wrong?? Normally I have no issue with this place but the couple times I have had issues it’s the same nail tech. When I tell you I am beyond annoyed first they book me for a 5:30 don’t get seated until 6 that’s fine but my issues is the nails the job this man did was not it ! I have a set on one hand and a completely different one on the other. Both hands are shaped differently right hand middle finger is way shorter then the other nails and the left middle finger . At the beginning he over cut my thumb nail into the coffin shape and towards the end I did ask him to Even it out a bit and he added some acrylic but I’ll let the photos tell you.Honestly think that was the last in me for this place.Service: Acrylic nails

I love love love absolutely love this place. I never have an issue whenever I go here. They are all awesome at what they do. They even take there time to figure out how to do a design that hasn't been done before.

They do a good job on my nails BUT they are as rude as you can get..personally I don't find it professional speaking another language with co workers throughout your service.It can make clients feel uncomfortable..learn some customers service people(especially when customers walk in,they definitely don't care if a client feels welcomedService: Gel manicure

I love them. They are literally artists. They can do anything from any picture you show them. They fixed my nails that another place messed up Even, and barely even charged me for it. i love them

(Updated: went back in and they fixed the nails up no issues!! Much happier thank you) Wish I could say something nice about this place.. but honestly left here not happy at all. Made an appointment with a friend for noon, mani pedi gel.. simple stuff. Took them an hour to get my friend to a table to do her nails as they started on me. They didn’t shape my nails properly, they are all different shapes and lengths. My toes look honestly worse then when I originally went in. And to top it off, they switched half way through my nails, and applied wayyyy too many coats.. that same night all of my polish was coming off due to it. So I’ll be going back unfortunately to have them redo them and hope for the best. Also, would recommend asking them prices before you start, they are not posted anywhere inside.Service: Gel manicure

Overbooked and they rushed to complete the set. They were too rough and my nails hurt the next day with burns from the nail file. Isn't the best salon and nails aren't even the same length ?.
