Went through the $25 delux wash yesterday afternoon. After exiting the car wash I noticed there were brown spots all over my hood. I tried to scrape it off with my nail and it left a stain. No idea what it is but pretty sure it came off that giant dryer roll at the end.

Definitely watch out for this place been here twice and both times left deep scratches on the doors and wheel wells on the left hand side.. They will not help if this happens I have called and left messages and no one responds

Love this place! I got a monthly membership so I go at least twice a week. I love the free vacuums. My son plays football so he always tracks dirt in my car.

They added a microfiber towel spinner at the end at 1st did a great job but now skips the last foot of the hood and the first 8 inches of the wind shield so it’s not really worth the extra money anymore

Drove 20 mins to try this place. Fancy doesn’t mean better. My car was still dirty in some spots. Staff is courteous. Yes fast. Vacuum is free but self-service. For the same price, there’s a spot in Cranston that does the outside AND inside and your car leaves a lot cleaner!!

While cleaning my car out I discovered I had two receipts with an extra car wash that I paid for when purchasing an original wash. The date of expiration on it is 2/2018 and the other 9/2018. I spoke to someone at the check in and they told me there is an expiration date of 90 days. I explained that I paid $14.00 for two extra car washes that I didn't receive. I expected that the clerk would offer me something to end the conflict but that wasn't the case. He told me that it "wasn't like it was a couple of months", I asked him if he could do something if it was a couple of months? He said "no". Why would you even make that comment. I then requested him to get me out of the line because I'd rather not patronize a business that condones taking a customers money to provide "zero"service. He preceded to get a "manager" who only then repeated the same information that the first person told me. The renovations improved this already awesome car wash. I've always had a problem with these type of car washes getting the backside of my Renegade. Not anymore. 5 stars for perfection. Thanks so much

Upgraded cleaning brushes and better drive-thru automated car wash under this new ownership. Vacuums work better and are quite strong

Pulled up to the fast pass lane and was waiting so long for someone in front of me who was having a problem with a membership. It took so long like 10 minutes! Other people were beeping the horn behind me because it was taking so long. If your going to operate a car wash with a fast lane and you have a customer that has an issue let the customer through and handle the issue inside or in the parking lot. Don’t let the whole car wash lane back up to the street. They also could have put a cone behind the car and moved us to another lane. I canceled my membership because of this poor service! Also they have lanes closed many times and it is the slowest car wash to get in!!!

I've tried canceling my membership with them and they told me they did but I've apparently been getting charged my this company for the last 5 months. They also NEVER answer the phone I've called like 15 times just to get voice-mail anytime. Run your business better.

Never an issue with this place. Just don’t understand since they renovated why the staff keeps dodging the monthly membership when I ask. Every time I come here to add a second vehicle to my account they have an excuse as to why I can’t add the car. So I keep paying for an individual wash each time. Next time I come if it continues I will just cancel my current membership & go elsewhere. It just doesn’t make any sense. I have been here three times after they renovated & each time it’s a different story.

This was the biggest waste of money. I waited in a long line to get to the register. I wanted a full wash with undercarriage. I was told the undercarriage wash was broken. Ok! I went through and came out with soap left on the car. The back of the car still dirty. Had to go to another car wash to get the soap off and get it clean!!! Waste of time and money. Beware!

I’ve had a monthly subscription here for years now, and I’ve been tempted to cancel it SO many times.Half the vacuums don’t work if their even open, and haven’t been randomly shut down entirely for unknown reasons.The wash never gets the car completely clean, and usually half the equipment isn’t working. It never rinses completely, so the car is covered with reside if you don’t wipe it down well.And the real kicker - they apparently are just closed for construction now? Like, you couldn’t email your subscribers to let them know? Instead I have to drive all the way out to the wash to discover that I’m paying for nothing?Cool cool cool. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
