“Today I had my mini aussie, Cali, groomed for the first time in over a year. I booked the biggest package for my girl: nails, bath, haircut, oral care, and the de-shedding. I was scheduled with Emily, and i really felt the need to scream to the world how INCREDIBLE she is. I always struggle with my pups coat because she has SO.MUCH.HAIR. But i finally decided to give up doing it myself and try doing this professionally again, and I'm so glad i did. Emily was incredibly professional, kind, and caring towards my wishes and my pup’s best interests. I am so grateful to her and just wanted the world to know. Thank you, Emily! “We have been bringing our dog Mulligan to BFF for three and a half years. There is nowhere else I would trust with his care, especially for overnights when my family travels.
We even moved 35 minutes away two years ago and have continued using BFF resort as our doggy daycare as nowhere else can compare. Mulligan absolutely lights up whenever we ask him if “he wants to see his friends?”.
There is an orientation and process to getting your pup enrolled, but it is SO WORTH IT. Trust their process and know they are experts at what they do and keeping your dog safe!
