Today I had my mini aussie, Cali, groomed for the first time in over a year. I booked the biggest package for my girl: nails, bath, haircut, oral care, and the de-shedding. I was scheduled with Emily, and i really felt the need to scream to the world how INCREDIBLE she is. I always struggle with my pups coat because she has SO.MUCH.HAIR. But i finally decided to give up doing it myself and try doing this professionally again, and I'm so glad i did. Emily was incredibly professional, kind, and caring towards my wishes and my pup’s best interests. I am so grateful to her and just wanted the world to know. Thank you, Emily! (Btw i literally never leave reviews, but this was an absolute must!)

I could give them a zero, My 6lb Yorkie has never bit anyone or had a behavior issue at any pet store, and never ever been aggressive, but Johnston store refused to groom her because according to one of their groomers my dog intended to bite her, that happened a year ago, I keep taking her anyway with no incident, but after numerous time taking my dog for a grooming now they canceled my appointment “because of my dog aggressive behavior” “really” I will never be returning to any PetSmart again.

They advertised curbside pickup. It said pull up open your trunk we'll do the rest. An employee rolled out 2, 42 lb containers of cat litter and announced that she can't lift. I'm 75 and disabled, I managed to load the litter without killing myself but will never come back.

My puppy (15 months),a golden doodle, had a very good experience getting groomed on April 4th. Everyone was so pleasant. They seemed to really care about Charlie. He got a wonderful cut. I'll go again.
