If you could give 0 stars I would. If you want an insurance company that cares about you, THIS ONE IS NOT IT. This company will not call you, they won’t fight for you and really don’t care about their customers at all. My fiancé and I are on week 4 after he was rear ended with absolutely no help. Haven’t gotten a phone call in over a week and when we call to ask what’s going on they can’t do anything to help you and don’t care to even try. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY EVER. RUN.

If you can avoid this company do so AT ALL COSTS. I have been with them for 3 years, it's constantly a headache, they are never helpful, they are not flexible when you need them to be even if you're never late on payment. I just had a random immigrant slammed into my policy just because they THINK he lives at my address. My payment doubled and now I have to go through two departments over the phone to remove the fraudulent addition to my policy. Progressive themselves added him because he has a license and used the address, they just assume he drives my vehicle and added him "just in case there's an accident" as I'm told. This is beyond fraud on progressives part and I'm switching companies immediately, I've had enough.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR APPRAISED HERE . my car got rear ended , they make me drive to this place , take time out of work . Only to have the guy come out and not write up the correct amount of Damage done to my car . Cut me a much lower check for the damage then what was done to the car . I pointed out damage from the accident and they refused to pay me for it . Garbage company . They’re appraisal was $573 , actual damage done to the car was $3700 . They won’t make it right .

Unfortunate turn of events had us looking at a totalled car. Albeit my son walked away without a single scratch, but a speeding driver hit him on driver side rear door deploying all curtain airbags. In less than 2 weeks, the car was not only deemed totalled but the check was given to me. The staff kept me in the know in each step of the process. I've been with progressive for over 10 years in RI and at least 7 plus years in another state. The best insurance I've ever had.

Was hit by one of their insured drivers. I requested to start a diminished value claim. Samantha Dubois from this office reached out to me on Aug 18th requesting more information. Since then, I have not heard from her and have kept a detailed email thread. At this point, I have had to take legal action against her insured and will be fighting this in small claims court.

One of the best places to go on a budget
