Great customer service throughout the entire service repair process. Staff is very knowledgeable and I was impressed with their timeliness, cleanliness and attention to detail. They also care about educating their customer and take their time in explaining the repair process. As result, it put me at ease and fostered a relationship and not just a transaction.

I been going to ProTech for about a decade. The service and mechanical work are superb. Recently, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Paul as our service manager. He is uniformly pleasant, welcoming, and most importantly, communicative as to the nature of the repairs we might need. We are always confident that the information provided is accurate and that any repair work is necessary.They have never let us down, if anything they’ve gone the extra distance. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend their service!

I’ve been going to ProTech for 5 years, and their work and staff are top notch. As a woman, it can be a daunting task finding a reliable mechanic that won’t push unnecessary services or rip you off. I’m so happy I found these guys! They are thorough, well-priced, and such courteous human beings. You can tell they genuinely care! Highly recommend to anyone who needs honest work from honest people.

This place has always been top of the line. Their sales staff will make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door and the service department will time and time again ensure that all work is done meticulously. You will not find a group of more knowledgeable and professional individuals to work on your vehicle anywhere else in the state. Highly recommended!

I have been bringing my Lexus there since they opened. They are a wonderful group of people and skilled technicians. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very accommodating and they even have free rentals, which is so helpful. Their prices are fair and they explain everything very well. ProTech helped me when another repair shop was not able to complete the job 100%. They listened attentively to my issue and were able to figure out the strange noise coming from the front drivers side of my car. Everything was explained in detail and I was confident my car was in good hands. I only wish I’d come here in the first place! Car is fixed and running smoothly. We're new to the area with an older Mercedes ML 350 that we'd rather not spend the money on taking to the dealer. My husband found this repair shop and we're very happy that they are very professional, their communication is excellent and their shop is super clean. It's like taking your car to a mini-dealership repair without the extra expense. They scheduled a loaner with notice during a larger repair and had us in and out in a few days. I highly recommend!

I never go out of my way to do reviews, I feel I had to for this place. The whole process for from beginning to end was extremely exceptional. I got an oil change, and all of my brakes done. The technician went out of his way to wipe down my dashboard and vacuum my car! What place does that when you get an oil change? NONE!!! Oh and they top off all of your other fluids in your car! The manager Nick was extremely patient with me, as I had lots of questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The owner even went out of his way to introduce himself to me, when I had mentioned how grateful I was to support a mom and Pop shop rather than a corporation! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I will be going back to get my tires done!Services: Tires

Protech exceeded all of my expectations. I had an issue with a tire, took it elsewhere and was told there was nothing wrong. The next day it went nearly flat. I called Protech because it was closest to my job and I couldn't get far. I'm so glad I found them! Despite me being a brand new customer with no appointment, Pascal assured me they would find the problem and take care of it. From start to finish they were transparent about options, costs, and the timeline for repairs. They had even fully charged my EV when I picked it up! Protech is very thorough. After they have checked out your car, they send out a complete written analysis of all their recommendations. Work that needs to be done is color coded to show what is urgent and what can be put off a bit. They also send photos so you can actually see what they see. I recently had a tire with a leak. It had two nails, one of which was on the side wall. The photos showed this clearly. Everyone is very friendly.

The service was great! A few things I really appreciated they had my car in and out (quick) . Transparency: they did a full scan of my car and sent me a text with what needed repairs and how much it was going to be and I was able to select what I wanted done. They checked in afterwards to see how the car was running! Very thorough. That is what is needed when working with a mechanic.Service: Auto brake repair
