Ridiculously overcharged us (38k quote for a full remodel) and have yet to refund our money even after cancelling the contract in time. It's been a month since we canceled. Stay away. We found a better contractor and we are paying them 23k for a better bathroom.

High pressure sales from the start. They demand that you and your spouse attend the appointment. I canceled immediately. Refused have these people even out to my home.
