When I made my appointment with Safelite, I was contacted shortly after to discuss the details of my appointment and who the service tech would be. I received a call from him telling me what time I could expect him to arrive at my location. When he got here he told me it would be approximately one hour to finish. The work was completed and it looked great. Safelite is a great company for any auto glass work. I highly recommend them. A satisfied customer.

Wow, wow, wow, as a Sales Manager im all about service and experience and treating customers how I want to be treated, this is what I got today (10/25/23). What a wonderful thing to start the day with a great smile when you are received (7am), thank you Sarah, I was having a great morning, you just made it better. The team was very professional and attentive. Having Sarah as a manager shows that her values are transmitted to the personnel and that she is a manager who guides a team to be successful. I must mention I was a bit hesitant to visit Safelite due to a not so good experience at another location, this team proved me wrong. Keep up the great work..! Thumbs up…!

I own a Mercedes Sprinter that's outfitted as a 24 foot motorhome. Today I took it to Safelite in Johnstone Rhode Island.The windshield replacement experience could not have gone any better!!! The whole thing only took about 2.5 hours and included the recalibration of the sensors. During that time, I sat in their comfortable and clean waiting area, watching TV. Everything was explained up front and during the replacement the technician stopped by 3 times to give me an update on how things were going. Safelite worked out the cost details with my insurer and I only had to pay my glass deductible - no hassles!

Terrible service.Dropped off my car at 930am and left my key in the drop box per service instructions. Did not receive a single call or update all day long and when I was able to swing by at 5 there was nobody in the building and my car hadnt been touched, key still in the box and now without a car overnight. When I tried to call throughout the day the automated message system would not connect to a real person.

Went twice on two separate occasions. First time to replace my front windshield and the other time for the back window. Both times they were fast, professional, and did an excellent jobWent over how long to wait for drying and even how long to wait until getting them tinted.

Dropped off my Ford truck to replace a stone hit crack in windshield. Everyone from the moment I walked in until I picked up the truck was over the top helpful and amazing! They called to let me know the status and when it was ready for pick up! Highly recommend their new facility!

I schedule an appointment and the driver didn't call didn't ask me what was wrong with the vehicle just fixed it and there's still a black line in the glass not happy with the service and the local Safelite store in Warwick off all Jefferson Boulevard went there to talk to the manager and he didn't help at all and he was a j**** I would never refer Safelite to any of my friends or family,

Why is there not a direct number to Putnam Pike! It's ridiculous I have to drive there because a stop along the windshield is lifted for them to tell me I need an appointment well guess what they better fix's it right away never again !

Horrible service and customer support!!!!! They cancelled on me twice both times stating the window they received was broken. The first time i drove to the shop and they called me to return to the shoo and pick up my vehicle because the technician just noticed the window was broken and the second time they cancelled my home appt.

Took car to replace windshield, Johnston location they did that, drove my car the next morning only to find that it sounds like I have a window open, which means the install was not done correctly, called to let them know which is a nightmare! Finally spoke to someone and they told me it takes a week for it to cure! A WEEK! since when, this is not the first time I have replaced a windshield and NEVER had an issue,or had to wait a week for noise/rattles to go away! They gave me an appointment for next week, now I have to take more time out of work to have it corrected, in the meantime if it rains and my car gets damaged, oh well, just because they say they will fix it doesn't mean I want dame to the inside of my car if it leaks. I will NEVER use this company again, even it this windshield cracks and is under warranty, the headache, stress involved for something that should be simple is not worth the trouble. I will pay a company that actually does it right the first time! Train your employees to get it right so customers don't have to waste time coming back to get it fixed again! Do yourself a favor and go to a different place like Patriot Glass or even the dealer, rather pay a little more and have it done right!

If I could give zero stars I would! So unprofessional to say the least. I booked my appointment a week in advance. I entered my VIN in the system to ensure the correct glass was ordered. The installation rep arrived and said, "umm yea I don't think I have the correct glass (windshield) I have to contact the office" I waited and the "manager" said the glass is inventoried and will be weeks. The installation rep said to me that the price will also increase. I asked how much and he said a few hundred dollars more. I said, " I did everything correct and ur computer verified by my VIN. He said the computer calibrated the wrong VIN. How is this now my fault? When the installation rep said, "most customers are waiting weeks" ...atp I walked away ... I wouldn't recommend Safelite to anyone... So to Donna and Scott please get ur act together and stop wasting peoples time!
